Mike O'Hearn WTF?

Dude is 47 years old!! I met him several months ago and I'm sure he was there for a phot shoot or something. He had a good amount of makeup and it looked like some botox or more on his face, but the dude is a freaking stud! He was CRAZY shredded... to the point where his face would have looked pretty sickly were it not for the makeup and / or botox etc. Either way I don't care. I also don't care what he is trying to push. What I want to know is what has this guy figured out?! I figured that since I'm in my middle 30's I'm on my way down, but this guy gives me hope! I'm sure GH is helping, but how is his waist so tiny and tight? If I could attain 80% of that I would probably never wear more than posing trunks... anywhere. This guys skin was so thin... he was so grainy... and man he was a really nice guy. He gets alot of hate for just trying to carve out a living, but he was very friendly.
So speculate. What is this guy doing?! There is no doubt that it is tremendous work ethic, diet, genetics, mature muscle, etc... but he is just extraordinary

someone here posted a video of him and rich piana and Mike took his shirt off and was stupid fucking perfect looking! I dont know what he does, but what i do know from watching a shit load of his videos after being super intrigued, is that he lives, eats and trains right! And those genetics are crazy!

He is a rare individual!

Dude is awesome. One of my favorites actually. People do hate on him a lot, but whatever. Dude looks fanatastic and is very damn strong. And you can tell he enjoys what he does.
