aright guys, after having read a gazillion reviews on how great mc's igf is i thought i would give it a shot.. so i put an order in and to my surprise it shipped and arrived very very fast. about 2 days actually..

packaging was well done.. product was attached to an ice pack to keep it from the heat.. which is great..

im going to keep a log about my use of igf... specifically, i will be using 50mcg daily to help with 3 things..

1. fertility (trying to get the wife pregnant) i have heard it does wonders for sperm count
2. recovery..i have a very big bjj tournament coming at the end of this month.. i will be doing 8-9 2 hour training sessions a week on top of some S & C
3. strength- im hoping to bring my strength levels up with the help of igf..

i will not be running anything crazy with this igf because i want to see what the igf itself will do for me..

so i will be sticking to my trt protocol

100mg test twice a weee
500iu hcg 3 times a week
.25mg adex twice a week

i will start and update a log soon enough.. already 2 pins in and though it may be too early, i am noticing a few things..

1. more energy
2. better mood
3. my body feels "tighter" if that makes any sense.. i catch pumps easier as well..

i know it takes 2-3 weeks to let this take effect

wanted to also add that i slept like a baby for 9 hours last night.. something that is very rare for me.. i usually wake up after 6 hours..

It's a game changer. I also don't believe it takes 2 to 3 weeks. The pumps are immediate and the feeling of well being is pretty immediate as well. I also notice that areas that receive the most frequent dosing beginner respond better to training... or recover quicker from injury

alright.. quick update.. 4 days into 50mcg igf daily..

yesterday was my first day of hard training since i started.. 1 hour judo,2 hours jiu jitsu, followed by a 30 min big 3 lift..

now usually i would be absolutely destroyed after something like this..

i woke up this morning barely even sore.. more like a little stiff..

went and saw the ortho yesterday as well for my shoulder..

said i had sprained my ac joint, wanted to give me a cortisone shot and after telling him the intense training i will be going through we both agreed its a bad idea and i need that reflexive pain to know how far i can push it..

but, with that being said should is actually feeling better.. even with the heavy training yesterday..

so all and all, im noticing increased recovery...

Great call on the Cortisone! Thats a hard choice to make for most people, and most would opt to kill that pain. But many of men have made things 10X worse with cortisone and continued activity,

yea man too many people hurt themselves.. ill just keep it in my back pocket.. if i get to the point where my shoulder wont let me train anymore ill consider it.. for now im being protective of it..

so 2 training sessions yesterday.. 2 x 2 hour bjj sessions and a 1 hour judo session..

today is my rest day... feeling a bit more sore but thats expected..

my diet is currently 3700 calories.. with focus on getting collagen and cartilage from my nutrition to help my ac joint..

also, i have made my diet more alkaline to help speed up recovery..

current weight, 249lbs fasted this morning.. even at 3700 calories i expect to drop to 240 by the end of the month..

more alkaline to speed up recovery? Can you elaborate on this brutha

this is about balancing your PH..

some foods are more acidic than others... so i avoid foods that would raise my bodies acidity...

add a 5 gallon water bottle of high alkaline water to the mix at 1.5 gallons a days and it really does promote healing and recovery....

i should write an article on this come to think of it

MC IGF is a miracle in a bottle. It only gets better with time.

I would also like to read more about this alkaline water deal.

Would you please describe your administration strategy, or more specifically, are you dosing bilaterally in specific muscle groups or a single sub-Q dose daily?
I've been thinking of trying MC IGF, but am curious about the dosing. Thanks for the feedback.

50mcg sub q nightly...

from all the research i have done, the lr3 type of igf has a 30 hour half life..

if thats the case, then its spreads into your system, and theoretically spot injections are worthless...

but there hasn't been any research on the matter... so its hear say right now..

had a question for you guys..

does the use of igf cause the same issues with your forearms and hands as gh?

Site specific gains works and I posted a study on it ages ago even though most info says it doesn't matter but in my experience it does

and yes I experienced some growing pains in my feet lol

presser, link me up to that article when you get a chance... i'd love to read up on it

so one of the main things i am noticing is this tightness throughout my body.. esp my hands

its like this constant pump.. i love the feeling.. and know its not due to high estrogen since im still on my trt protocol..

I'll look when on pc later but just search ARTICLES forum with IGF-1 search term , it's in there among dozens of other igf studies and scholarly articles

A little off topic but there's also a solid igf write up on how igf helps burn fat for energy which is pretty cool to if someone was looking to write about all its positive effects lol

FYI, in case u thought I was joking or kidding like I always do , I was serious in that my feet hurt from what I can only explain as bone growth the first year I used igf and I wrote about here to like 14 years ago and how I was half a size bigger
