Good morning just had a good leg workout feel really good. Sometime this weekend I will get some pics up.weight is up to 183lbs have gained a pound a day for the last 3 days. And cooking a turkey at this very moment for the 1st of 3 thanks giving feasts in my future. I love this time of year.

Yea man I used to work out in the evening, but after working all day I didn't feel like workouts were intense enough.
