Good Sunday I went to the gym this morning cause starting tonight we have the grand babies for a week may miss a day or 2 next week lol I've learned in these situations just to roll with whatever happens and enjoy your family somethings are more important not very many but some. Awesome chest workout this morning strength is coming back fast actually have to hold myself back a bit cause of my Tricep. All in all I don't have any complaints life is great. How was that ramble?

What is a meadows row? I've seen that a couple times in your back workouts, now.
A Meadows row is named after John Meadows you use the T-bar stand side ways at the end of T-bar your basically doing a dumbbell row with no dumbell.
