I wonder if you'd be better off keeping the igf-1 dose higher considering your injury repair. I've never used it for that type of injury, but for a couple of tendon injuries I've run it at 100 mcg a day for 10 days, then backed it down to 80, then 60, never went lower than 50 mcg.
I'm no expert, for sure, but I've had good luck with it like that.
