Doing great just trying not to grow too much so I can make weight on October 8th LMAO!
Same weight as before. I'm wondering If you shouldn't just embrace your inner monster blow up and compete bodybuilding.

Maybe when I hit 50 but I don't think I can do it in my 40s lol. Just going to ease along and have fun with it.
 
October 8th in Baton Rouge NPC Southern Muscle hopefully there is a good turnout to compete against.

Hey big brother. I just finished reading your log. Looks great. I guess the only question I have; it looks like you are running a bit on the low side for the IGF. Unless you are running the same dose bilateral. Just curious? So glad to see your taking your time on your elbow.

Glad your back man. Yea since I started my cycle. I have backed off will run like this for a month then adjust. Thinking in the 100mcg plus range. Oh and yes one single pin a day of 30mcg.

What's up guys been gone a bit. Still been doing my best to stay after it. Have you ever notice when everything is going great life wants to jump up in your face. Anyway the fight with life is settled for now. The one good thing about life you can always count on it to be a pain in the ass again in the future lol. I hit some shoulders and chest this morning. I'm going to do a couple of chest exercises after every workout this week. Chest is by far my worst bodypart. Hoping this will spark a little growth into my lagging pecs.

and not sure where your at state wise, but weather is breaking, and i know u bust your balls outside, so ill bet the cooler weather coming is gonna help those gains to so ur not so drained from working in the heat

Brother you have no idea how much the weather cooling off is helping. we are going to have a slight heat wave this week in the low 90 but after that it's swelling time. Lol

250mg test cyp every 2 days
200mg masteron e every 2 days
900mg eq a week
20mg nolvadex a day. I got off the tren cause it just wasn't agreeing with me right now.
