Thanks bro it is definitely slow and steady. Just a little baffled as to why that one exercise kicks that triceps butt so bad.

First leg workout since I hurt my back which led to the nerve issue in my left teardrop. This last week it finally felt like the feeling was completely back so it's leg day. Hopefully no more decompression table. Though I do enjoy it just starts digging in the wallet after awhile. Lol

Squats are my very favorite exercise just feel like I should get a few more good back workouts in before I jump back into the squats. Going to add bent over rows and deadlifts to back routine to tuffen up the lower back.

I know I've got to get some pics to 3j too. I will make sure their are pics by the end of next week. The right side is still lagging, but getting there. I've been hitting pretty hard I'm sitting in my bee keepers class so freakin sore it's almost funny. Did you notice my bench went from 165 to 215 in a week
