150-20 very good workout. For the last 2 days I have done 200mcg bilaterally with pre workout , a monster intra with 75g of carbs and 50g of protein post. Wow what a pump and it doesn't go away.

Agreed consistency is probably the most important key to bodybuilding. What good is diet, working out or anabolics without consistency!

It will catch up eventually. My left shoulder was lkterally skin and bone following a motorcycle crash in 2010 during which I fracture-dislocated it and injured a nerve in the process. I can still see the difference between it and the right, but nobody else can.

Yea, I was thinking you should be getting pretty close. It seems like you are recovering very well. I may have missed it, but are you on the "T" train?

I jumped on the tren a couple of weeks back to hard to fast pct products are straight up stronger than I'm used too. Which is an awesome thing. Anyway to hard to fast If I remember right I went straight to 600mg a week. That was tren e that's why I have figured out to for me I think 300 a week would do fine split up in 3 doses
