Looks like you are doing great. Keep after it man. Know about growing up on a farm, the day isn't finished until that work is done. People today just don't have that drive anymore.

I actually miss the farm now but when I was a kid I couldn't wait to escape. Lol on the other hand if it wasn't for my work ethic that I learned on the farm there is no telling where I would have wound up. I was pretty wild growing up

Ok I told you guys I would give you a little time line since I never really said where I was starting from. The day I started this thread I was 17 lbs I'm 5'6" by the 2nd week of October my weight was up to 191lbs, but not very pretty. I'm guessing body fat was at least 20%. So my cycle changed gears a bit at this point. Now I was 180 lbs yesterday morning body fat down around 10-12%'. Muscles are full and round and in my opinion look better than I ever have not saying as ripped as I've ever been but still trying to gain some size. Getting ready to change things up again. I will post the changes and I will get some pics this weekend to post
