Time to grow

I turned 51 last week im dieing to try igf and your input has me ready to order it for dec i have landscaped for 38 years and every joint on my right side is lit up
 
At 40 alot of my workouts are similar to yours. Not so heavy on the Squats and have to avoid dead lifts. I have L4-S1 disc bulges from car accident when I was 28, also c5, c6 in neck. On dead lifts I will get pain from lower back wrapping around hip into knee. This already hurt for 5 weeks straight so now I avoid.
 
Only difference is I warm up at 8-12 reps and I then work up to heavier for a target of approximately 4×4 at heaviest desired weight of each exercise. Higher reps never benefited me.

I have found that lower protein intake same, going donate blood and taking good antioxidants (n-acetyl-cysteine)
Among others helps me clear my body of inflammation. I am a diesel mechanic and grew up on a rice farm. My dad had my working at 8 years old as a man and I did it. Igf I believe would help u heal but you still wanna remove inflammation lower cortisol etc.

I will be 46 next month and that is awesome to hear you will love the igf bro. tbol is on my to do list have not tried.

I wouldn't feel bad about over sleeping. I feel like sometimes we overlook what our body's are telling us. It was probably a good thing.

Have you had to take any breaks during your workout because of the IGF pump?

Definitely I done 200mcg bilaterally in my quads was all but in tears the pump was so painful. Lol

LOL! I usually pin igf-1 in my shoulder because of an old injury and it seems to help it. But I put 50 mcg in my quad the other day amd it hurt! I thought, wtf, my quat must be 5 times the size of my shoulder!! Just climbing stairs I could feel my quad from my hip to my knee.

Great log, seems like your tricep is coming along.

Thanks bro. Tricep is doing great. I like playing around with everything man if somebody says try this I'm usually all over it at least once. I do feel that 100mcg is my sweet spot of course that's 50 a side.
