Steroids, hematocrit and phlebotomy

Hello everyone,
I would like to know among testosterone, boldenone and trenbolone, dianabol, IGF, which increases RBC (hematocrit) the most.
I know it's possible to donate blood but how often should this be done while on gear?
Is there any other way to keep it in check?
Thanks

EQ (equipoise) boldenone, but most do to a pretty good extent i believe,

Anadrol & EQ or boldenone would increase RBC the most but all anabolic / androgenic steroids will to some degree. You should consider donating blood at least once per cycle. Twice on longer cycles or those that include EQ or Anadrol.

I was planning on donating once a month because my hematocrit tends to increase around 53 (50 is the maximum for my lab).
As far as I understand, omega 3 (fish oil) does NOT decrease hematocrit but it makes it more fluid thus rendering clotting more difficult. Anybody confirm my understanding?
I thought that MGF and IGF were neutral with regard to hematocrit but blood test showed that they increased it too. Anyone has any experience with that?

There is no other way to keep it in check. I am constantly in the same boat being on TRT for 17 years and having hemochromatosis (iron in the body gets too high). My hematocrit is constantly at 50-55. I go to have blood taken out every 4-6 weeks depending on measurements. My doc wants me to be at 50 or lower if possible. The only problem you face when donating too often is that iron will then go too low and you get anemic.

Welcome to MuscleChemistry. That was a great question.

I have a Dr order to donate as much as every 3 weeks or as needed. My hemo keeps going up even on trt cruise I can stretch it 6-8 weeks. On cycle have to go every 3-4 weeks or I climb to almost 20. I will be going Saturday again it will be 3 weeks. I take fish oil, and baby asprin 1-2 times a day, drink alot of water, I take multi vitamin, 1000 mg vitamin c. Dr tested stored Iron last visit didn't see result but called said called in script of an iron supplant to take twice a day that was in July. Almost 3 weeks ago hemo 18.5 so I stopped taking Iron and gonna see Saturday and try to get it back to 15. I no longer take Eq just blasted with low dose of deca before I was hanging at 16 going every 6 weeks then the 300 mg deca shot to 18.5. My tendons hurt and get gouty symptoms when hemo gets above 19.

My hemotocrit stays lower than 50 but only look at the hemo % which my order says my goal is to be at 13. Until dr put 13 I couldn't get it lower enough. If I don't push it to 13-14 I have to go more often. I have been doing this for a few years steady. At a blood bank reed boss they need order drop dr then u good to go because it's trt therapeutic phebotomy. They get your file and that's it.

The most for me eq, deca, never used drol. For me a 750 wk testisn't bad but if I put a little of other 2 ouch. Tren not bad either but keep dose on lowest end gives me anxiety and moody.

So as far as I understand, a period of one month between blood donation should be enough to keep HCT in check. I guess everyone is different because other people I know take same gear as me and don't have high HCT.
Anyway 52/53 in a 50 top range scale isn't too much, it's something to keep an eye on but it's not worrying. Last time I did not do equipoise, I only did Test enanthate and proprionate + IGF and it went to 53.
I will try with equipoise and see if it has the same effect.

Today I went donate or did (trt therapeutic phlebotomy). Was going go last Saturday but had my two youngest kids wife had plans. It was exactly 4 weeks since last time. 4 weeks ago was 18.5 hemoglobin reading on hemo checker. Today was 16.9. I filled up the pint bag and overflow smaller bag in less than 5 minutes as usual. Starting back my Fergon iron supplement with vitamin c for absorbing. My storage iron was low with test dr gave me in July. Supervisor at blood bank told me my storage Iron isn't measured thru hemoglobin and it's different pathway and gets depleted from blood loss as well as hemoglobin does. I thought Iron supp may have shot me up again but it must just be the extra gear. Currently taking 100 trt c, 600 sus, and 150 tren e per wk. Switched 300 deca to tren about 3 weeks ago. Deca started causing some bloating body fat looked like it increased but it was mostly water.
