Huge Robolics Recomp Cycle

NOTE:

I started this cycle a few weeks back but have not been documenting on this forum so I will be adding updates as they occurred already as well...

It is that time again... I am definitely deviating ever so slightly on this cycle in an attempt to get the size i want but keep it as clean as possible with the smallest amount of side effects possible... I have a very strong cycle of Robolics products that I started yesterday... The way I am deviating from normal practice is by running anadrol.. i generally only train for physique and clearly mainly use dht's, but here is the plan... I am stacking anadrol and winstrol, both at 25 mg per day, to kickstart... these should yield the size and strength i am after while still keeping my body fat in the 5-6% range... I am going for about 10 lbs of very clean muscle gain, which i should have no issue adding as long as i can stay consistent with my intake... My main issue is my calorie intake... clearly i have shrunk my stomach over the years and being how busy i am daily, i just cant even fit food into my schedule as necessary but im making it a point to have alarms set daily to remind me i need to eat something! I have lost a bit of weight due to stress with several things but still at a decent size... I have switched my lifting style to a far heavier style in the hypertrophy stage and i am already very happy with where my strength is going... i have added mk2866 to the cycle as well because of the constant tennis elbow pains from increasing my weights... Here is the full cycle layout

My starting stats are 6'1" 180 lbs. 5.2% body fat i generally stay about 185-190 but due to some extremely stressful situations i have not been eating nearly enough and weight has dropped..

goals are to be 195-200 at 5-6% body fat.. i will do whatever it takes to keep it as is...



I will be posting my current diet soon... I will give strength updates once a week and give picture updates as well as often as i can...

My diet is very very strict and consistent... mind you, im always in a very large deficit... going by maintenance calculators, my maintenance is at an absurd amount due to the amount of calories im burning daily... you would not believe me if i told you but i assure you, the maintenance is quite high... its in the upper 3000's and i generally am around 2500 per day and thats difficult as it is for me however im working to get to 3000 at least and im more than confident i can obtain the size im after even in this deficit... i make a living on defying science because i know HOW to get around it with my diet... the right compound selections are key as well... so this is my day...

Wake up at 7-7:30 a.m.

5 egg whites 85 calories
1/2 serving of greek yogurt with half scoop protein mixed in and 7 (yes 7) grapes total 100-125 calories

NOTE: I do take flax seed, flax oil and chewable bcaas and glutamine which add about 100 more calories in here a well...





This is the daily diet I normally go with... the one caveat here than i readily admit and would not lie about is that my 5 oclock meal is one i often just miss and that is clearly costing me size... i get so caught up in work that i only get it in a few times a week... i have tweaked some things and will likely get a smaller meal at 3:00 of a can of tuna with a few veggies to ensure im still hungry at 5...

i ONLY drink water and unsweetened almond milk... every now and then i have a kombucha but one bottle lasts me at least 4 days... i use sweet leaf sweetener on my cereal and oatmeal... as you can see im very strict and very precise with everything... I have a good balance with fiber, clean carbs and plenty of protein... my fats are right where i want them... i only use a very small amount of salt on my eggs but not on anything else... i use parsley and onion powder often for flavoring... once in a while i use basil and red pepper in my eggs but not often... I try to have a good balance with everything that works well for me... I KNOW what my body does well with and what it does not but i still do a lot of trial and error because even the machine gets fed up with the same foods over and over again... I try my best to stay within the range I need to keep my body fat where it is but also to get things in there I enjoy... So there you have it, thats my daily diet...

So I am now on day three... I started winstrol a few weeks earlier and was cruising with test, deca and primo... I have switched all of my lifting methods to far heavier weights... So today I am extremely sore... My strength is already going way up... For instance, im not a fan of actual bench pressing but I have implemented it back in... I was so weak the first few times back at it where i was struggling to rep 185 for 10 which is pathetic... Monday I was back repping 225 for 10... I want to be repping 250 for sets of 10... Strength is rising rapidly... My shoulders are my strongest body part by far... I was able to get 4 sets of 75 pound dumbbells for presses... My best at anytime was sets of 10 with 90's... I WILL be doing 100's soon because i won't accept anything less... clearly these are not olympia numbers but for a guy my size, they are definitely above average... i am more focused than i have been in a very long time... i always take every day extremely serious but im back on another level that i got lost in after so many life occurrences took place... between my dad passing, getting married, having far more responsibility than ever, taking on more and more work etc... certain things get lost in the shuffle and while my drive is always there, it just wasnt the same but now, i guarantee you, its on!

I am right about 1 week into the cycle... I have been climbing every day on my weights and just feel full of energy and strength... Robolics never lets me down and has consistently been one of, if not the very best I have used...

My starting weight was right at 179... Today I weighed 186.3 and I look more shredded than when i started... My body has always been an extremely fast responder to everything I take... I have been working very hard on every aspect and that includes eating enough which is still my biggest challenge and fear but I am slowly but surely overcoming this and even though I am busier by the day, I am so focused on everything that I refuse to let anything get in my way of what I want to achieve... I want to be able to do this for me but also to inspire and motivate others... I am doing my best and will continue to be a leader by example for everyone... I appreciate everyone's support... Im already itching for Monday to be back in the gym... I won't lie... I was so close to even going at it today but I know better on getting the proper rest days and certainly don't want to get any sort of mental burn out plus i want the adequate time for my body to grow...​

I am now 1 week in... Current weight this morning was 187.4... My body fat was not tested but as you can see, it is pretty much the same... I expect a little water in the beginning which i dread and i am all over in terms of control but i want the size and the water will be controlled thoroughly... That is why I have the winstrol inclusion here along with s4 and gw... Eating is on point as I am working hard to make sure I am getting the proper amount of calories which is always my main struggle... So far, I am extremely pleased... This is just a start but I am well on my way and will rest at nothing until the goal is surpassed and then I will only continue to build on it... Here are some updated pics...

I am extremely happy with how tonight went... My shoulders are far and away my strongest part when lifting... I was flat out disgusted last week only being able to shoulder press with 70lb. dumbbells.. i want to get close to 100's by the time the cycle is over... Today I ripped off 4 sets of 10 with 80's and I am certain I could have done it with 85's... All of my lifts have gone up significantly.. Now its a combination of eating more, but im not eating that much more as before but enough to make a big difference... however clearly the anadrol is helping tremendously here... I did shoulders and biceps tonight and every single lift I did went up by 10% or more just from last week and some far more... I am keeping the size gains as clean as one possibly could and I just have that positive feeling that there is a lot of success to come... I will keep busting ass like noone can and I believe the results will just continue to come...

Today is the start of week 3... I am up 7 lbs but it would probably be more if not for the fact of being out of town all weekend to see family and for the iowa game... i definitely did not get anywhere near the amount of calories i should have because i was always on the go... This is going to be a big week for me... even when i was out of town, i was in the gym... i am from des moines, ia and they have put in a new gym that is beyond ridiculous... i have been in gyms not just all over the U.S but also some of the best in europe and i have never seen one as nice as lifetime athletic in des moines... this fucking place had an all out spa in there to get massages, facials, nails etc... they have it all in there.. the newest equipment that was unreal especially all the new technogym equipment you just don't see anywhere.. i wish i could pick this gym up and move it to me... it was that sick and i was in there for nearly 3 hours because i didnt want to leave LOL... i plan on hitting it even harder this week and i want to get to that 10 lb. mark within the next week or so... i will get there soon!

Last night was an exellent workout... strength continues to rise as does intensity, explosiveness and output... repping 225 on bench and doing so with plenty of room to spare but i know better than to push too much too fast because it leads to nagging injuries, tendinitis etc... i can see a lot more size being added and its very clean which is obviously what i am after... i am pushing it more and more each day... shrugs were up from normally doing 100 dumbbells, to 125's with ease... cable crosses are all up 30% and this is only two weeks in... i am anticipating pr's in everything in the next few weeks... updates will continue!

robo has never let me down and this is further indication... i have to take two full pins each injection day and everything is so smooth and clearly the results only continue... adding sarms along with this solidifies everything... gw is allowing me to push at a much higher rate in terms of rest between sets because no matter how good of condition you are in, when you lift on your high end of heavy, longer rests are required but im still less than a minute on rests and these levels which has impressed me tremendously... i try to achieve something more each day...

Okay, another update...

weight is up 9 lbs. since the start.. aside from the strength which i am loving every day, muscle shape is becoming much more full... its not even close to where it will be but this is obviously not an overnight type of thing... my main struggle is calorie intake... slowly but surely i am getting it up a bit more but i have to add things in slowly... otherwise it becomes too much too fast and i cannot do it... the many years of such controlled and low intake has made my stomach a mess on what it can handle but if you go about it right, it can all be corrected, which it is now... i can start to feel a little lethargy from the anadrol but i feel that is more stress related than anything... i slam supports as well... so i am all over that...

more progress on strength, especially in my chest and shoulders... i did one of the worst burnouts on shoulders on tuesday... I have said before how i often finish a very heavy workout with a 70 rep/30 rep last set... so of all the exercises, i decided to try it with a hammer strength shoulder press... i was telling my wife, i got up to about 29-30 and thought, "fuck me!" LOL but i am FAR FAR too proud and stubborn to stop and when i got to about the 55 mark my arms were jello but i made it to 70, then i took a 30 second rest, blasted some jadakiss and knocked at that last 30... it actually made me fucking sweat LOL but i felt damn good about it after such a heavy workout...

my incline went up even more today to where i was able to rep 225 for a set of 10 which i was very happy with... my strength level is often strange because i can usually incline the damn near same amount i can bench... im loving everything so far... more updates to come...
 
nice log brutha, and for those who read this and not sure what you mean when ya say You normally run dhts, so here is a lil tid bit of DHT info, not all of which is extremely accurate either, but close, and to the DHT not causing hairloss, well the author doesnt know what theyre talking about, as it strangles the root/follicle but i digress lol anyhow, nice log brutha, and some info for those who didnt understand what ya might have meant or what DHTs are

First off, a basic explanation of DHT (Dihydrotestosterone); it is an androgen (male sex hormone), like Testosterone, which rather than promoting the growth of muscle mass directly (tissue-acting), it acts via intracellular (in the cell) mechanisms to increase strength and metabolism. DHT is not very anabolic, but it is Androgenic, and thus meaning, it promotes masculine characteristics (such as a deeper voice, and growth of facial hair, body hair etc) (1). DHT has a bad rap, since it has been claimed to cause an enlarged prostate, but if you follow the source, most of the studies saying this are linked to pharmaceutical promotion of their anti-prostate, anti-Male drug, Finasteride (Propecia) and Dustasteride(2) (3). DHT has also been claimed to cause your hair follicles to become thin, and your hair - subsequently falls out. No. Just No. DHT has been implicated as a factor at most, more studies show that more specifically it is Zinc deficiency AND genetics that provoke male pattern baldness (4)(5). Although Zinc deficiency causes the rise of DHT levels, it also causes increases in prolactin, and estrogen, thus the real problem here could have to do with either of those hormones. Just to clarify, Anti-ESTROGEN drugs have been used recently to treat prostate enlargement (BPH), and they are very successful, with less side-effects(6) (7) ( (9). So if they were wrong about DHT causing prostate enlargement, maybe they were wrong about DHT and hair loss too.


DHT - HOW IT AFFECTS THE BRAIN - AND NERVOUS SYSTEM

But anyway, we got carried away. Let's go on to discuss DHT's effects in the Brain. DHT has pronounced effects on neurochemistry (it affects neurotransmitters in the brain). DHT has been shown to increase circulating epinephrine levels (adrenaline), this can cause anxiety in predisposed individuals, however, most of the time, this is not the case, since DHT also increases GABA activity in the brain, which is relaxing (10) (11) (12). So in other words, DHT should promote A focused, calm burst of energy, which is what many users of DHT-based steroids, report as the "alpha-male" feeling (13) (14). Dihydrotestosterone increase central and nervous system energy production by increasing not just adrenaline, but cyclic AMP (15). This molecule increase thermogenesis (fat-burning and heat production)(16). Cyclic AMP facilitates the conversion of TSH thyroid hormone, to T4, a more potent thyroid hormone, thus, indirectly, DHT increases thyroid function (by increasing cyclic AMP)

So seeing all this, DHT definitely acts as a nervous system stimulant, and a metabolic "probe", it also increases GABA. Second to this though, it could indirectly decrease serotonin or serotonin receptors; since DHT antagonizes estrogen activity, and estrogen helps maintain the expression of serotonin receptors in the brain(18) (19). This is also consistent with DHT being shown to stop estrogen induced prolactin release(20). This is part of the reason behind using DHT Gel to treat gynecomasita. Clearly DHT has anti-depressant effects, since Finasteride causes depression (21) and also based on the above mentioned activity of DHT in the brain. It gives energy, it gives focus, it gives aggression.

DHT also improves spatial working memory(22), according to some studies, by altering NMDA-receptors(23) (namely increasing), and by improving Calcium-induced acetylcholine release & function in the hippocampus(24)(25); a very important area of the brain involved in memory formation and spatial (directional) memory.

DHT also decreases glutamate levels and excitory outputs through other mechanisms (26) (27) (28).
Finally, Dihydrotestosterone, or it's metabolite 3-alpha-Diol; downregulate alpha-adrenergic receptor distribution, leading to more inhibitory adrenergic (adrenaline influence)(29) (30) (31). For those who don't know, adrenaline can activate an 'alpha receptor' - which stimulates the nervous system, vasoconstricting blood vessels and arteries, raising blood pressure, or it can activate a beta-adrenergic receptor, generally vasodilating artieries, but yet, increasing heart contractile force. This all might just be another result or a reflection of what is mentioned above, that DHT increases epinephrine, GABA, and cyclic AMP. However, in a separate study, Testosterone (without specificity), had upregulated alpha-1-receptors to protect the heart against ischemia(32). Is this an effect of Testosterone or it's metabolites though. Likely, it doesn't matter, it was probably case coincidental, but may indicate that if blood pressure falls too low, Testosterone can increase it to maintain homeostasis.

In yet another study however, DHT has been shown to increase alpha-1-adrenergic expression, whereas Estrogen decreased the expression/density(33). This again reflects the need for DHT and Estrogen to be kept in balance, as both promote vasodilation through different pathways, however, since Alpha-1-receptors are incredibly potent Vasoconstrictors, DHT + an OVERALL deficiency in nitric oxide may actually promote high blood pressure, especially in coordination with estrogen deficiency. Interestingly, Alpha-1-receptor activation may increase serotonin activity at the 5-HT1A receptor(34)(35), this is an auto-receptor that ironically seems to possess anxiolytic (serotonin-typical) effects. 5-HT1A activation has shown to help social anxiety disorder, but worsen anticipation anxieties(36)(37). In another study, DHT/Androgens also facilitated serotonin 5-HT1A/1B agonist-decreases in aggression, which is controversial, although it appears that estrogen allows for intermale aggression by downregulating serotonin 5-HT1A/1B activity(38)(39). Thus DHT's only pro-aggressive propertly lies in it's adrenaline promoting effect, and not with serotonin.

So DHT via multiple pathways increases nervous system strength, DHT increases epinephrine levels, decreases prolactin (assuming you have enough dopamine production as well), increases GABA, may decrease serotonin and serotonin receptors. All-round this means DHT has positive effects on your chemistry and nerve cells. By reducing prolactin, and estrogen, and subsequently serotonin, and also regulating catecholamines, by this, DHT can definitely increase libido, and alleviate sexual anxiety in most individuals by increasing GABA. DHT is key to many of Testosterone's brain benefits. Keep in mind though, despite positive effects on brain chemistry, this still doesn't give an excuse to OD on aromatase inhibitors, likely, because you need a little bit of estrogen (not much at all), to promote nNOS (neuronal nitric oxide synthase) production. So DHT serves as a great compliment to a little bit of brain estradiol, and a great ratio of DHT to estrogen means optimal sex drive, stamina, charisma and general masculinity.

  • DHT may increase alpha-1-receptor density.
  • DHT may decrease glutamate activity and increases mGLU7 expression (which increases GABA release)

  • DHT promotes serotonin 5-HT1A/1B activity and may reduce aggression in the presence of serotonin. Although this may easily be over ridden by the pro-adrenergic effects of DHT.

  • DHT increases GABA and GABA-A (neurosteroid-specific) receptor expression.
  • DHT increases NMDA-receptors in the Hippocampus.
  • DHT increases Ca3 (Calcium) evoked Acetylcholine Function(AcH release).
  • DHT increases nervous system strength and regulates blood pressure.


And for Good Measure, lets add one more DHT , DHT, and D.H.T.

Is this an effect of Testosterone or it's metabolites though. Likely, it doesn't matter, it was probably case coincidental, but may indicate that if blood pressure falls too low, Testosterone can increase it to maintain homeostasis.

In yet another study however, DHT has been shown to increase alpha-1-adrenergic expression, whereas Estrogen decreased the expression/density(33). This again reflects the need for DHT and Estrogen to be kept in balance, as both promote vasodilation through different pathways, however, since Alpha-1-receptors are incredibly potent Vasoconstrictors, DHT + an OVERALL deficiency in nitric oxide may actually promote high blood pressure, especially in coordination with estrogen deficiency. Interestingly, Alpha-1-receptor activation may increase serotonin activity at the 5-HT1A receptor(34)(35), this is an auto-receptor that ironically seems to possess anxiolytic (serotonin-typical) effects. 5-HT1A activation has shown to help social anxiety disorder, but worsen anticipation anxieties(36)(37). In another study, DHT/Androgens also facilitated serotonin 5-HT1A/1B agonist-decreases in aggression, which is controversial, although it appears that estrogen allows for intermale aggression by downregulating serotonin 5-HT1A/1B activity(38)(39). Thus DHT's only pro-aggressive propertly lies in it's adrenaline promoting effect, and not with serotonin.

So DHT via multiple pathways increases nervous system strength, DHT increases epinephrine levels, decreases prolactin (assuming you have enough dopamine production as well), increases GABA, may decrease serotonin and serotonin receptors. All-round this means DHT has positive effects on your chemistry and nerve cells. By reducing prolactin, and estrogen, and subsequently serotonin, and also regulating catecholamines, by this, DHT can definitely increase libido, and alleviate sexual anxiety in most individuals by increasing GABA. DHT is key to many of Testosterone's brain benefits. Keep in mind though, despite positive effects on brain chemistry, this still doesn't give an excuse to OD on aromatase inhibitors, likely, because you need a little bit of estrogen (not much at all), to promote nNOS (neuronal nitric oxide synthase) production. So DHT serves as a great compliment to a little bit of brain estradiol, and a great ratio of DHT to estrogen means optimal sex drive, stamina, charisma and general masculinity.

  • DHT facilitates the release of Epinephrine (adrenaline).
  • DHT increases cyclic AMP. DHT blocks estrogen-induced prolactin release.
  • DHT reduces serotonin and serotonin receptors by inhibiting estrogen influence in the Brain. (but mainly acting to oppose 5-HT2A,2C and 5-HT4 receptors)
  • DHT increases GABA and GABA-A (neurosteroid-specific) receptor expression.
  • DHT increases NMDA-receptors in the Hippocampus.
  • DHT increases Ca3 (Calcium) evoked Acetylcholine Function(AcH release).
  • DHT increases nervous system strength and regulates blood pressure.


And for Good Measure, lets add one more DHT , DHT, and D.H.T.

Last night was an incredible night of lifting for me.. It may not sound like much to some but for me, its a huge deal... I started my first set on the bench press at 205 for 10 and it was the easiest i have ever felt it... so i jumped right to 225 and just ripped those right off too so i decided it was time to get into some levels i was not relatively used to... 235 for 10 was next and it was easier than i anticipated although still difficult to a point... i finished with 240 for 10 and that was definitely a new PR for me and having set that on only week 3 of this cycle is a huge deal... I was hoping to at least get up to 250 for 10 at some point but i feel that i am selling myself short and will aim more for the 260-270 range... Every lift has gone up significantly... My bicep lifts especially... they are at the highest levels they have ever been... today i am going to go for shoulder presses with 85's and hopefully eventually get to 100's... I am putting every last thing i have into this so i am expecting continued progress throughout.. I am at 50 mg per day of anadrol and considering hitting 100 the last few days on it now as well... I am more than happy and surprised with my response on it... I will have new pictures again soon... Thank you to everyone for the support!
 
Cycle looks good and I see the ROBO gear is kicking in nicely already.

Shoulders and Traps today and more larger lifts throughout.... Dumbbell shoulder presses at 85x10 all four sets... if i had a spotter, i KNOW i could do 90's at least right now and probably 95's... 9th wonder will be there for me soon so i can go for even more... shrugs were up to 125 dumbbells with sets of 10... all shoulder lifts are up tremendously and i feel so fucking strong right now... i love it... I can tell you this much, im going to set PR's i probably never even thought about trying for... i am far beyond determined... I really appreciate all the support!

I am now up 10 lbs... I had a phenomenal back and triceps workout last night... I wont lie, it felt like my triceps were going to completely rip out of my skin... but in a good way! Back is always the most challenging for me in terms of high weight volume due to me breaking my back many years ago but i am too determined and just pushed incredibly hard through it... I have some updated progress pics for everyone... Thank you for the support!

Another excellent week... 4 weeks in, up 10.5 pounds, feeling extremely strong, energized and ready for more! There is a clear change in size everywhere but unlike other times i have put on size quickly, i still feel light and that has always been a barrier to me mentally, feeling heavy etc... my diet is so fucking clean, like never before and my training is as dialed in as its every been... I will accept nothing less than what i want and then i want more... This should be a very very effective week for me...

Today's weight was right at 190 lbs... I cant be more pleased with the increases... Numbers were great today on bench.. Although I did not go for more than 240, which i made last time, this time I did it twice for 10... I started much heavier at 225 for 10 the first set, then 235 for 10 followed by two sets of 240... i feel like i could max around 300 which i have never even come close to... my best ever was 260... i could definitely surpass.. i would love to get to 315 at least... 3 plates one each side is a must... I beat the shit out of my chest today and also my biceps... i had a huge pump today on biceps... my weights on biceps have gone up in a major way and its showing... Here's a quick picture of the bicep progress...

So today was shoulders and traps day for me... I went for 90's on shoulder presses and got them nicely and im quite certain i can hit the 95's next week... im can taste those hundreds... once again, EVERYTHING went up significantly including intensity... i can feel the tren aggression starting in... I am running anadrol this week at 100 mg's before I stop... I decided to do it 5 weeks so its right in the middle of 4-6... Im going to get everything out of it i can... i am so pleased with how everything is progressing... ive managed to get a few extra calories in each day as well which is contributing to adding more size... my arms have grown a ton in just 4 weeks and im loving it... i cant wait until eq really kicks as well... here is another pic from today...

This morning I weighed in at 192... I will admit that I tend to overthink when it comes to weight gain so my instinct is to panic that I am gaining unwanted weight, which is obviously going to occur when you are talking about putting on 15 lbs in 4.5 weeks... HOWEVER, I am still pleased with how it is mainly quality... obviously i have to get to a certain point to really shred it down properly but it is showing to be very clean... My strength is through the roof and that just motivates me even more... I am waking up every morning just ready to get after it with cardio and in the gym... I can taste it every day... Here are some updated pics...

i've known robo for some time, that's no secret... the last time i ran a cycle of his i said it was one of my best but i have since then tried several different sources, some good, some not the best but none that were up to his standard... he is definitely in my top 2-3 of sources i have used... AY is not around anymore but was one of my favorites as well, so I have robo at the top of my list... this is probably one of, if the most successful cycles i have ran...

NOW, i will say this.. those that know me know that i generally never train or go for any sort of a bulk whatsoever... its never really been the look i am after or very comfortable walking around with... so i have changed my goals a bit this time around.. i just have to be very very precise because i can gain size fast, far too fast and that's been one of the reasons i have always kept my calories so low.... im TRYING to get in 3k per day but im falling short bro.. im not going to lie nor exaggerate... i get around 2500-2700 right now... i will get up to 3k but its a small process and im trying to keep my body fat very very low in the process as well so i dont want to over do it.. its all a porcess and being that its deviating from everything i normally do, i want to be very very pin point with everything.. ive changed my training method from high volume to much higher weight with lower volume... im in the hypertrophy stage of training this time through...
