I don't play with arms either.
I do tricep set then bicep set one behind the other. Bam Bam!! Rest short! Bam Bam !!
Friday I didn't have much time the pump felt like they were gonna blow!!! Lol!!!

Supersets:

Seated side laterals w/ seated rear flyes 3x15/15, 2x20/20

Seated DB shoulder press w/ standing front raises 5x12/12

Standing side laterals 3x25

DB shrugs w/ upright rows 4x20/12

Thats it for tonight, I'm going to hit back tomorrow morning before work.

Worked late, but made time for a quick chest session.

Giant set, drop weight for each grip change.

Flat Bench / Close grip / Wide grip 1x15/10/8, 1x8/8/10, 1x7/7/10, 1x6/6/10, 1x6/6/10, 1x6/6/10, 1x10/10/10

Plan was to do 4 sets of this then some incline dumb bells but I just kept going until my chest was smoked.

On another note I usually eat 2 pop tarts on the way home from the gym.
And today I found my new favorite.
In case you didn't know Pop Tarts have magical properties which make them the best possible decision for eating immediately after strenuous training.

Gave my body time to heal a little, the aches and pains of training so often are gone (for now) lol
