Little bit about myself. I'm 30 yo 6'2" 229lbs 14.5% bf.
Just got done with my first ever cycle of
Tren-E 100
test-c 300 at a rate of .8cc of each once a week.
I put on about 20 lbs of muscle in a 10 week cycle With a pretty clean diet and about 210 grams of protein a day and around 3000 calories. I'm happy with it but I feel like there could have been more muscle and a little more lean. So now I'm looking for my next cycle that I will start in March and would like to at least put another 20 lbs of muscle on and get down to about 10% bf. Suggestions on what to throw in with tren and test and a better dosage plan( how much and how often) any legit help is welcome.
