DNP LOG

Also workout suffered this morning, had 2 scoops of preworkout and coffee. No energy and wore out fast. Strength just isn't there. One guy in the gym thought I was playing around when I was struggling to get 15 reps at 135 on bench being 2 weeks ago I was hitting 315 for 3 reps...dumbell incline was horrible was shaking with 50 lb dumbells....felt horrible.

Well today is day 6 and up another 1.2 pounds this morning sitting back at 238.4....I don't know what's happening with the weight gain I lost 7 pounds the first 4 days then gained back 2.4 over the past 2 hopefully it's just water either way if it goes up again tomorrow I'll be up in my dose

It should be water, it is hard to out eat DNP.
 
I am guessing I was holding water, I know some folks may not wanna here it but this is a log of what my body is doing on this stuff so here it goes...since getting on the scale this morning I have had 5 bowl movements in which 4 were bad diarrhea and had to pee 7 times... as of now fully clothed at work I'm a pound less than I was upon waking so my body has cleared out what it was holding on too...workout this morning once again suffered just no strength at all.

At day 6 it's safe to say you can make the jump..its very common to jump to 400-500. i think i said in another thread that at 500 the weight came off consistantly (maybe 2.5 lbs in 2 days) but it was at the 2 week mark. Before that it was weird, i'd go up and down each day by a pound or so.

I have heard to try to keep the fiber high ( lots of oatmeal and supplimental fiber); it should help with the diarrhea. It will smell aweful, but at least it will be together and not peeing out your ass!!
 
Day 7, I uped the dose to 500 yesterday by taking another capsule 12 hours after my morning dose....down 2.2 pounds this morning so I'm 0.2 lb away from where I was at day 4. Hopefully I will be a steady drop from here on out. 7 pounds first week hopefully I'll get another 7 this week.

Well today my boss bought us fried catfish for lunch....so my idiotic thinking said to my self the protein will over ride the carbs......bull shit it 55 degrees and I'm about ready to rip off my clothes and jump in a pool somewhere....never have I been this miserable, yesterday took 2 caps 12 hours apart then one this morning 12 hours after my last one and fuck I'm hot and nonstop hungry.

Ok been busy today just getting time to post....weight stayed the same although I ate like a horse yesterday..t3 came in today so I'll be starting tomorrow...last night had my first bad night sweats soaked the sheets and had trouble sleeping due to body heat

Just to give the guys that have never tried this stuff an idea of how the heat is...I've done 600 mg of tren and it doesn't compare...right now as I type I'm in my backyard (while the dog takes a piss before bed) it's 33 degrees and I'm in nothing but boxer briefs and flip flops,,,,not cold at all could sit out here all night....nips are not even hard....anyone who tries this stuff needs to really take it slow like I have if I would have started at 500mg I would have quit on day 2....this stuff is no joke and can kill you if abused

Day 9 weight still 236...finally got a pump working biceps today but 10 min leaving the gym it was gone....in 9 days have lost an inch off my arms not happy with that but oh well...

Started the t3 this morning at 50mcg on an empty stomach didn't eat until after my gym session and got to work...so about 3 hours later...I don't know if my body is getting used to the dnp or the t3 made a difference but I'm not hot a little warm but not likes it's been....maybe it's placebo...although I am hungry as all get out even though I ate an hour ago

Keep in mind that T3 will kill your pump. I can still get a pump if taking MC IGF, but it is still a struggle.
 
Dnp has killed the pump today was the first day I got one and it was gone within 10 min of leaving

When i did a run of DNP i was told NO CARDIO and to keep your workouts light. YOu will not grow muscle on DNP so no need to go heavy. Also, my starting dose was 250, held that for 4 days and went up to 400. My sweet spot was 500 (tried 600, but felt like shit). Drink a lot of water and also buy some v8 juice for you to restore electrolytes. i was on DNP for 6 weeks and lost 20 lbs.
OH yea, another thing, i ate regular meals, i wasn't concerned about low carbs.

How much was you over weight by? I did 2 weeks and most I did was 350 for 2 days and mostly stayed at 250.. I lost 19 lbs in 2 weeks with a smaller dose Tha you and I did cardio and lifted weights during that time. Maybe you should add cardio and drop the dose
 
Ok guys I did this log for everyone to get an idea of what's this stuff does to you....this is also a learning process for me as well.....as they say in the movie tropic thunder "you never go full retard" well I went full retard yesterday and still paying for it today...I have been on 500mg dnp daily split in 2 doses 12 hours apart, 3 days ago my t3 came in the mail so I started it at 50 mcg daily on an empty stomach in the morning,,,after 3 days of no change in weight yesterday I went to 100mg on the t3,,,,,worst mistake of my life was hot all day, grumpy as hell just couldn't cool off at all, last nite developed a pounding headache that has yet to go away even after 1200 mg ibuprofen 1500mg Tylenol and something my girlfriend gave me for a migraine.... it was so bad yesterday I didn't take my second dose of dnp....but hey lost 4 pounds overnight and am pretty hydrated by pee color...today am gonna try 250 dnp and 75 mcg see how that goes...

While at the gym this morning doing my workout the guy beside me who might I add was huge and vascular, starts a convo with me and then says "be careful with that stuff it's serious business" I looked at him funny being I don't know this guy and said what do you mean he responded with your hands give you away unless your a painter that has been rolling in yellow paint. So I guess I need to wear gloves while reaching in the bag to grab the pills

Right now I'm dosing at 50mcg of t3 and don't feel nothing. I going to try 100 mcg and see if it does anything. If not then I might have bunk shit
going to start my dnp cycle this week but I'll be keeping it at 250 and do my cardio. I prefer to do something than to do 600 mg and sit on my ass and expect results

Do you take other stuff to help with dnp?
