i tried Synthol and let me tell you it was a chore! i wanted to increase the size of my arms (bi & tri) and to do it properly i needed to inject 6 TIMES PER DAY! 3 in the bicep & 3 in the tricep. It also takes some time to get to the maintenace stage where you don't have to pin that often, but i could not make it that long. I used a 1" 25 gauge pin and i seriously got to the point where it was a pain in the ass to do...(load 6 pins & inject 6 spots). towards the end i could see the size increase, but it wasn't long after i stopped that it all went away.
Maybe some won't mind the frequency of pinning, but just wanted to tell you my experience.

You sound like the protocol for Syntherol was a shock...didn't you look into it before
trying something like site enhancement? It's not for everyone and it is also not something
to be taken lightly because it usually isn't comfortable and requires some preparation.
