test e recomp?

Hi to all.in no much time i will start my first cycle but before i am droping a bit more the bf an thinkimg for do perfect.my objective is reach low bf like 7% and if have time on the,cycle then add a bit muscle.I was thinking on,do recomp.a friend recommend me do recomp the,first 4 weeks ofcycle but i was thinking on just eat the first maintinance calories(3000 kcal).if i doam this way will i drop bp and gain some muscle ? Atm i have 13 bf i think.should i drop more the,bf for get the objective more easily?

around13% bf i have atm 6,3 180lbs

First and foremost, you are already at a low enough bodyfat to start a cycle. But I must ask. What's your age my brother? Sound like you have done your research which is a positive.

are you doing a bodybuilding or physique show or contest of some sort? 7% isn’t really a walking around sort of body fat percentage, which is why I ask.

Post some pictures if possible brutha, and how long is the cycle going to be, and what hormones will be used during the cycle?

Yes its always best to strip away fat before hitting a cycle , but 13% is pretty decent, and at 13% body fat your entire cycle can be a recomposition.

Agree 13% not bad at all. But I prefer 10% for myself.
7% can be rough on alot of things including holding on to hard earned muscle.

I am on 4 week of the cycle,a friend recommended me do 1000 kcal surplus instead 500
,aiming 2 lbs week. Doing test e 500 mg 12 weeks
Atm 190 lbs.

Yeah i know that if i conoare my body vs yours i am too far hehe.I am too tall 1'93 would do you continue all the cycle bulking like now ?

If not u only need some bulk muscle on that frame and u will look like a steam roller.
I never ever held off on using gear to lower body fat!!!
Maybe the type of gear but really only masteron!!!
Any testosterone with anything always helped me gain muscle and lose fat some anyway.
I have already recomped from 230 to 195 in 90 days on eq and sust and looked better than I do now!

I never ever held off on using gear to lower body fat!!!
Maybe the type of gear but really only masteron!!!

rods and bf,yeah i know roids doesnt burn body fat,its all diet,but i was doing 500 deficit diet for lose some fat before start the cycle,and if i continued losing fat i would lose all the muscle cause i was on low weight.My objective is get a lot of muscle(of course lol),now i dont have much muscle.But want to be on bf that have very visible abs

Roids don't burn much fat on there own. But they do make u anabolic which is important to lose fat and the so speed up metabolic rate!

But do you think is posible be year round 8-10% bf without blast and cruise? and for example how much time you rest betwen cycle and cycle?i know people say time on+pct time for rest but i was thinking rest like 4 weeks after pct then do a cycle for cut to 8% 10 % bf and if i have more weeks of cycle then do lean bulk

Equal time on and off pct don't count that's best advice I can give u.
I didnt follow it is have been on trt since I was 36. That may have been reason I don't know.

On next cycle i want reach 8% bodyfat cause has a lot of visible abs at that bf and for the next year i want start competing on men's physique.
On my actual cycle,why if i am eating 1000 calories surplus i am not putting fat?i hear a lot of people on forums that 1000 calories surplus he puts a lot of fat,maybe they are eating crap food?i say that because,if i was eating on this cycle 500 surplus instead 1000 i think would a waste of cycle.And on the pct i will eat 200 surplus of the last intake of calories,i know i can put fat but will keep more gains.

And for the next cycle i was thinking on do something like that

1-8 Test prop 37,5 mg ED or 75 mg EOD (i know if i pin ED better blood levels but its a lot of pinning if i do 8 weeks ED heh)
1-8 Tren A 50 mg ED or 100 mg EOD (some people do 50 test prop and 50 tren a but i think would be better the tren higher than the test for less sides)
4-8 Winny 50 mg ED

1-8 12.5mg aromasin E3D (may vary,on that cycle i was taking 12,5 aromasin EOD and not much sex drive or libido,i changed this week to E3D)
1-8 0.5mg cabergoline E3D

Something like that.And instead of do cut diet,i was thinking on do maintinance calories diet and add some clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off,then i drop bf and gain muscle at the same time instead do cut diet and put less muscle.

I always run winni injectable at 100 eod
OR 50 ed.

The tren higher than test thing I believe comes from estro conversation front test I would have to say. Estro high can cause anxiety then tren always does with me.
I am not sold on it though if I don't feel testosterone during a cycle then I don't know what it's called but everything I related to a cycle is feeling from testosterone nothing else does me that way!! Lol

As far as calories I am have done my deal for so long I just go back to it seriously when I need to. I know what it all is and how to tweak it.
Sometimes I can get metabolism kicking and it doesn't matter what I eat it doesn't put on fat and fat just keeps going away.
I can't eat enough so I start eating dirty.
Other times I gotta go back to old ways that always work it depends.
As far as cycle goes I would do long esters test e eq for 12 weeks then short esters tren a test prop with an oral cutter for 6-8

Only do the long then short if u go donate before cycle go back in 8 weeks and continue till done.
Just a thought for safety.
I believe if u gonna shut down do it for long enough for it to matter. I wouldn't do less than 14 weeks unless I was on a cruise and blast regimen

How much?
I would do short esters right after.
Winni toxic would use more.

This is what I would do. It's March summer is coming up. U don't have to make any weight right?
So I would do test now like u are, I would bump it up so u can do other gear at end.
Example finish test in 8 weeks instead of 12 bump it up to 750 wk
Then cruise for 4 weeks then tren test for 6 weeks add winni last 4. Then pct.
I would time it to where it lasted thru summer or would of done a winter bulk pcted Feb march and mid April then hit it thru summer.
But with what u working with I would just do it all thru or cruise then finish!

I also would have my children all I wanted just two safe cycles a year before cruising

And about dosages,i asked to a tren user of my gym and said me that better run test p tren a winny 6 weeks max but higher tren doses like 75 tren 75 test ED.isnt much?and winny all cycle EOD 50mg but 50 mg eod 6 weeks isnt much winny
