Today I started my second cycle of DNP. First cycle I lost 19 lbs in 2 weeks with no other supps other than vitamins and liver support. This cycle I'm throwing in some t3 since I have read that it helps with the cycle. I will be adding igf 1 lr 3 to the cycle and yohimbine for preworkout

starting weight 339 body fat % unknown

250 mg dnp
100 mcg t3
10 mg yohimbine
100 mcg igf 1 lr3

I will post pictures weekly of the progress
 
today I got on the scale and already at 336. forgot what was the decimal point but will reweight myself tomorrow morning
Already down 2 lbs to 3 lbs in 2 days on just DNP and T3..
 
I'm at 333.1 this morning. Looks like I'm responding a lot better on my 2nd cycle with t3 added to the mix.. tried yohimbine for the first time today. Let's see what tomorrow shows
 
I know when i post pictures up on sites, i always black out my face. Never know who's looking, ya know?

also, if you've never used t3 before, 100mcg may be a bit much to start off with. You're going to feel extremely lethargic on t3, that matched with the lethargy from dnp might be too much to handle brother. I always start off at 50mcg, then go up to 75mcg. I dont' think I've ever used 100mcg before.
 
Actually i dont feel any different from normal. Just feel a bit hotter and I'm not having sweaty nights which is odd.. I'm down to 330.6 as of 2/15.. puts me at 9 lbs in 3 days 4 if we count Sunday.

Haven't experienced cramps or anything bad.. I did drink 6 liters of water today and hardly used the bathroom
Still haven't started to drink the v8 for the electrolytes.. don't feel tired during the day either
 
today I was in a hurry and did not use the syringe to measure the dose.. I went with what I thought it would be. well thinking about it the dropper has a larger diameter than the syringe so I might have taken a very high dose.. maybe 200 mcg

i was overthinking it all morning and all nervous thinking i had over dose. i only feel a few degrees hotter than the previous days just like when i take 350 mg of DNP on its own.. but damn i feel very hungry.. i eat a hardboiled egg and it does nothing for me.
tomorrow i will dose at 25 mcg as i read it bad if i cut it cold turkey. going to be at 25mcg for at least 3 days and bump it to 50mcg after that..

I left my scale at work last night and was not able to weigh myself fasted and just my boxers on. tomorrow i will update my weight
 
im really feeling the heat today.. did 25mcg t3 and 235 mg of DNP and feels like summer..

Looking forward to your log. Couple questions/concerns.... Besides the IGF are you taking anything to preserve muscle mass? If at a gallon of water a day your still not sweating much or pissing you need more water. Whats your cal intake like? I know the hunger is a bitch. How are your workouts?

I would feel amiss if I didn't say be careful. I know this is not your first cycle and the first one seemed good but making a mistake like taking 200 mcg of t3 is scary. Keep your guard up. Check and recheck your doing things as healthy as possible. I'm not being down on you brother but it is easy to forget how dangerous these things can be if your not careful.

I haven't taken any igf since I think it will be a waste on dnp..

I been on only 25mcg of t3 the past 2 days and feel okay if not the same.. right now I'm just craving carbs like crazy. I drink 4 to 6 liters of water every day.. today I only drank 2 liters but never felt hot at all even when eating carbs.. like if I took no dnp for a few days. Only felt hot at the gym doring my cardio.. I don't go heavy on the cardio since I know I can overheat and I really don't have to workout as hard to lose weight...

For some reason I'm noticing muscle definition by my shoulder and arms and I think I have too much to even be able to see it.. is not much but it seems that my working out during winter I actually gained muscle
 
Today I put up 2 lbs but was expected since I over ate yesterday. Mostly carbs so it might be water weight. I bumped my dose to 300 mg and 50mcg t3.. I was getting a lot from 100mcg so I might up it up again
 
Forgot my scale at work so won't be able to update my weight early morning with no gear on.. definitely lost weight though. I was down 3 lbs from the last time I scaled myself after the gym. Last time I was 331 no gear and was at 336 with gear on. today I was 333 with gear on so I'm guessing 326 with no gear. Will find out Wednesday morning when I bring my scale back home tomorrow. Igf 1 might be a good thing to stack
 
looks like youre doing good man, are you on the enhanced athlete dnp? that's what im taking and its day 9 out of 10 for me and ive already lost 8-9 pounds

you could say im taking that one.. I think its the best out there.. see many people struggle losing weight on other sources but with this one im losing on a daily. I started last Sunday so today is the 10th day and im down over 13 lbs. I will check tomorrow morning if I don't forget my scale at work again
 
im down to 327 lbs.. had a bad week starting with skipping the gym for 3 days. also skipped the T3 and DNP plus had a very bad diet eating pizza, nachos, burger and fries, hotdogs and lots of soda. getting back on track today
 
Miquels, if you can go on binges like this how do you expect to keep weight off? you can't be on DNP forever! Seriously man, get your head straight, change your unhealthy lifestyle and drag your ass to the gym at least 5 days a week!
