What is good about a journal is your commitment u gonna put into doing it.

Neither do I. Most people I know are thru work go there home and to gym only with my family wife and kids.
If seems someone is always hating people are jealous that they lazy is all I can see.

sorry to butt in but this is true.. some people at work tell me stuff all the time. They say I should quit the gym. I'm just wasting my time just going. I try not to let it get to me but sometimes it does and I just want to kick their ass
 
Some people need there ass kicked lol. Js. They are just talking crap. I wouldn't let it get to ya. Just put the head phones in & kill some weights! That's what I do. I've had some trouble in the past, so there will be no more fighting for me lol. I put my family first now

Running on 5 hours of sleep, but once I got pumped.. I was good! Hamstrings & back. Threw in some extra sets to push myself! Figured I'd throw a before pic on here & wait a couple weeks before I did another
 
I don't usually use gainers, but I seen one on sale today 5lb jug for $15. Couldn't pass it up! 4 scoop serving, but I will probably just do 2. With milk, will be 70 carbs & 35g protein. Will take it at night to utilize as much gainz as I can while on

I use the cyto type gainer all the time that way. 100+of quality carbs with protein especially pre and post are fine
I drink one shake last few years a day. But I only mix with water always

It's that same exact gainer lol. From cyto. Anyway, I used to treat it like my protein shake & take it with either water or milk. I never noticed much of a difference either way, but the milk gives some extra protein. I'm mainly just wanting the protein before bed. I'll probably switch it up & use it for pre-workout, now that I'm thinking about it & take a regular protein shake before bed

I have tried lots of things over years.
Now I just use protein before workout with oatmeal.
I eat after and I just get everything else from food.
I always make sure I have quick access to food high in protein and good carbs after workout within 30 minutes!
If not I will hammer protein down while waiting.
One thing I do is take 1500 mg L-Leucine between meals.
If I could afford more protein I would use more though bro!

I didn't use protein powder for a long time. Used to. Just started again lately. Never a bad idea to throw in some extra leucine
 
Alright you all... today was a big day! Weighed in at 227lbs. That's a 7lb gain in less than a week! Probably some water retention there, but I'm not sweating it. I know my body & if it's growing this fast after staying about the same weight for last few months... good sign!

Worked chest & tri's today. Laid off barbell bench lately to help reduce pain in my shoulder. The goal was to hit 8 reps with 120lb dumbbell's on flat bench & I nailed it. Looked like this..

100 x 12, 110 x 10, 120 x 8
Goal was to hit 8 reps for 1 set, but instead I hit it for 2 sets of 8! It's looking good fellas & I plan on keeping up with the details
 
Upping the lgd to 10 mg ed. Will remain that way for the remainder of the bottle
Right on! I took lgd and when I will again same thing!
U already will be shut down so wouldn't worry about that. It's not toxic so no worries there either.
I usually take less first few days just to make sure my body can adjust and that everything is ok then I bump up

I have heard some guys going more. The way It is, is this, the sides with prostate and suppression along with whatever else will be same as just using gear.

All the research & reviews I've read suggest just doing 10 mg. Supposedly it won't do much more good going higher. Couldn't tell ya from first hand experiece though

Hair

Keep an eye on your hairline. I was doing LGD and S4 and one of those really hit the front of my hair hard. But with about 4 months of minox and HGH everything is back to normal. Just be careful some of these things say they don't hit your hairline but you might react to it differently. They aren't called selective ANDROGEN receptor modulators for nothing
