22 y/o female 5'5 sitting at 120 lbs. looking to lose 10 lbs while training for my first half marathon(yay). Recently got Anavar & T3, wondering the best dosages for both? Also because T3/cytomel is a hormone are there any side effects coming off of it? Whats the max time to use T3?

My wife just took t3.
She used it careful. She started around 15 mcg a day went up every 4 days at 35-40 she had hand shakes. So she left it around 30-35 mcg.
U should go up every 4 days .
And max dose us where u feel comfortable.
I suggest prolly 40-60 at most for a woman.
Then come down same way u went up.
Avar take at 10-15 or 20 max.
Spit dose like 5 mg in morning 5 mg in afternoon.
Good luck.
Diet and training.
From t3 my wife only was hotter except for shaky hands at
40 mcg
When she takes it again she will prolly go up more.
She said it made her more aroused.
Taking clen with it would get things going better

I wouldn't think the cytomel / T3 would be wise or needed. T3 can have a lot of negative consequences. I'm on my phone so it would be hard for me to go into them all but we have many good articles on T3 just go to our search button and enter cytomel. You will get lots of information on dosages and safety.
Truthfully I would doubt you need the anavar either unless you have been training for a while and have hit a plateau.
I would imagine something that help with cardio like Cardarine would make more sense. Its much safer and more what you would look for in a marathon.

Muscle Mechanic is right on if you decide to go with the T3 or Anavar. Ramping up slowly and ramping down slowly is extremely important when using cytomel.

I agree with this. In increasing your endurance is what u need. My wife was 160 she prolly has low thyroid to begin with runs in he family.
T3 will make u hot and affect performance. And can be dangerous
Avar isn't needed either in this case at all.

Being I opened my mouth in a hurry I wanna be clear. I spoke of proper way to take these PED's but they are not needed in this case.
Cardio and conditioning are needed. Your weight will determine what it takes for u to have enough in your tank to make it thru the marathon.
I have an uncle and cousin, his daughter that have qualified and ran the Boston Marathon several times. They trained by alot of running and the weight your body will adapt to what u putting it thru.
U gotta just keep putting in the work enough and your body should do what is most efficient for it to do what u forcing it to have to do.
In this case with marathon running your training and proper diet to support this training, doing this whatever fat is necessary your body will hold or release. Your muscle is important to retain but more muscle will use more oxygen!!!

I've definitely hit a plateau in my workout regimen in general, I am training for a half marathon but meanwhile I would definitely like to bring my fat %down. Looking for that extra something!! I've heard Clen is good for this but has bad side effects for women

ECA stack! Ephedrine hcl, cafiene, and Aspirin!

Its a fantastic fat burning combination, and I love it and favor it over clenbuterol any day of the week! Although i am in the minority when it comes to favoring ECA stack over clen, as most folks love clen and say its works faster and more efficiently however for me, eca is fucking awesome
 
I've used and use T3. I have gone up to 125mcg and have not felt shaky. The only time I felt panicking was when I took 200mcg by mistake. 50mcg is nothing to me and 100mcg I'm normal. but my honest opinion is not to use T3 at all. My weight loss has not been dramatic since I started using T3. I lost most my fat naturally with diet and cardio and starting to think I should have stayed that way.. my weight loss with T3 has not been great

I used to love those hydroxy's that were over counter around 2000. They were magic for fat loss the first week made u feel a little rough but after that smooth sailing

Right on! The original was the only one worth af. Back before the bs regulations on ephedrine.
 
I've used and use T3. I have gone up to 125mcg and have not felt shaky. What the deal is with t3 is when someone just has a little tiny bit more to lose. Example I have trouble getting from 10% to 7%. Think about that. On me that is only about 6 lbs.
What our body does is it stop thyroid production to stop us from burning everything. Our metabolism will shut down regardless of diet and exercise.
We would have to literally starve them lose muscle in process.

This is where t3 helps people lose that little bit left to go.
But t3 can cause alot of problems especially with heart rate among other things. It controls lots of things in our body's.

If people with thyroid problems they can aid from it or t4. Some people their whole problem is there body doesn't convert t4 into t3 so t4 doesn't help.
Not to mention our thyroid makes t4 not t3. Our body converts t4 to t3.

Most of the time if someone has a shit ton of weight to lose that is easy. It's losing the last of it. In a woman under 15% in a man under 10%.

Our body also compensates with other things to stop what we adding especially with hormones. Our body has a safety that works by compensating with other things you counter.
This is reason people don't grow and grow from steroids. Alot of people have been misinformed. Insulin, hgh and shit tons, gear, plus extra thyroid are what grows these beast like Rich not just gear!!!
