MC igf question

I've been pinning MC igf for the last 2 months and have not notice extreme pumps.. not talking down on the product just a bit confused as to why I don't get what others are getting. Maybe my dosage is off? Each bottle says it has 1,000 mcg and I take 100 mcg every day which should be good for days I believe and it's actually taking me a month to finish a bottle. My dose is on a half cc slin pin with 50 units. I dose it to the 5 unit mark.. is this the correct dose for 100mcg? I'm pinning sub q maybe pinning IM would yield better pumps.. going to put it to the test this week

I believe that the 5 unit mark is 50mcg.
You should be getting good results from 50mcg either way. I had the same issue as you when I first started taking it but it wasn't the dose that I needed to change.
I changed my pwo micro's and timing. Try adding more carbs. For instance I eat.2-3 packets of instant oatme with a 1-2 scoops of whey protein powder about 45 minutes pre workout. Then some simple carbs like half of a small Gatorade 10 minutes pre workout.
I still adjust my protein / carbs and timing of pre workout nutrition if I feel like I'm not getting the pump and other results from my MC IGF.

Iron is telling you correct. If you get in the carbs, it is like priming the pump. If you don't have carbs and simple carbs in your system, there is nothing for the igf to push into the muscle.

I will try it today.. going to do 2 servings of oats with a scoops whey pre workout and then another for post workout. I'll let you know if anything changes

SO , I am not real sure what your looking for but igf isn’t a steroid. No HUGE big weight or strength gains, its a slow and steady compound that adds quality lean mass, and overall great in conjunction with other hormones, but considering your dnp usage, which destroys GLYCOGEN, I would say this is your issue and why others report better gains, although from what I can tell you may have been in a lot worse off shape without adding the igf to your other protocols, even if you have ceased using those compounds like dnp and such, it still fucks with your body for a while.

I stopped DNP last Thursday. I know DNP plays a part on glycogen. I did once feel a good pump at the gym but was once only.. I'm not talking down on the product like I said and maybe was something I was doing wrong.. I'll keep you guys posted if I feel any changes following iron game advise

its re only the pumps I'm looking to get .. I have had good sleeping patterns since taking the MC igf I'm not saying MC igf doesn't work
 
By the way.. the last meal before the gym is at noon and I workout 4 hours later. I take no pre workout meals just some vitamins and sometimes yohimbine.. I will add a pre workout meal today

yes brother you are correct.. it has worked for me; I can se muscles I couldn't see before and it has been better the last few weeks. I just keep reading about crazy pumps and that's what I haven't noticed.. MC igf made some pump comeback while I was on DNP not a lot but some. i know the product works in just double guessing my application of the product and dose.. how long does it take for DNP to clear the system?

Because you used DNP. and again Had it not been for the igf helping your muscle bellies stay full GOD only knows where you’d be.

Bro, NO ONE, and I mean NO ONE should ever purchase IGF-1 lr3 Just for the Pumps. That is not what igf is all about, and not everyone will experience those PUMPS, sure lots of guys and girls do, but many do not, and it still works the same in the long run.

And I tried steering you away from using DNP months ago, and even said I would wait to use the igf if I were you til dnp was done, and more importantly I personally would never use DNP,

Your feeding your body poison, while taking other products, and then wondering why your not getting what other people report out of their igf usage, and thats because the vast majority (99.999999%) of bodybuilders, athletes, fitness enthusiasts don’t use DNP. Its 100000% counter productive to what IGF does.

Anyhow, thats why brutha, and thankfully you came out the other side of your DNP usage alive, and I don’t say that jokingly! That shit is nasty brutha

Actually you bring up a good point.. igf did help keep my muscles full while on DNP .. I didn't go flat while using that compound. I went flat on my first cycle without igf.. second cycle I was full during the whole cycle.. so looks like MC igf is a good product it's the just the way I was using it.
 
Let me add that yesterday my diet was crap.. it was clean but crap

i had only had 59 Grams of carbs all day. Just now I was thinking why I didn't have a good workout last night. The strength wasn't there neither was the drive and energy to get the workout done.. my leg workout was down 4 plates of 45lbs which is 180 lbs and it was hard.. I usually do 5 plates of 45 lbs on each side and I was doing only 3 per side. My max has been 6 plates each side.. 3 plates felt as if I was lifting my max so I will carb up b fore hitting the gym
 
FYI, IM works better for me Pump wise than sub q unless you give it 3 hours to work.............just my experience.

I saw u posted in my igf review thread today.
And on 100 unit 1/2 cc slin u multiple each tick times 10
On 50 unit 1/2 cc multiple each tick times 20
I think I described in my thread what I do.
I had to play with it.
But pumps are not necessary needed at all to get what igf does for u.
Timing and intake is what needs to be done we all have our own rate our body makes things readily available for igf.

IM in muscles worked.
I take in my package of oatmeal 45 grams of protein and 6-8 pieces of dried pineapple and mango 20 minutes before go into bathroom stall at gym in pin igf then go party.

I did the protein shake with oatmeal and 4 omega 3 pills pre. Then took bcaa during workout..post workout I did another shake of protein with oatmeal and hour later had 8 oz of chicken.. need to get used to eating more frequently. Each shake I put 2 scoops of whey..have 22 lbs on order I should receive tomorrow and have about 8lbs left so I should be good for 3 months



the pumps were not that great but felt tighter.. hopefully once DNP flushes out my system I get better pumps. I like that feeling

I love Omega 3's and I take them throughout the day except in the hour before my workout and until 45 minutes post workout. Fats can slow the insulin response to carbs from the desired to shuttle nutrients during this time but I do pound Plasma Blast BCAA 8:1:1 from The Supplement Outlet during my workout mixed with some Gatorade to assist in the nutrient shuttling.
 
Eat a bagel before workout and if you want to slow the insulin response put some peanut butter on the bagel. I like to put banana on mine also. You will have a big insulin spike at an hour and even 2 hours after you will still be kicking nicely.

I thought I saw on another thread where you were using T3 as well, keep in mind T3 is notorious for killing pumps. FYI
