Joint problem after test only cycle

Hey there, in october and November. I did my first cycle which was test 250mg a week and dainabol 20 mg a day. 14 weeks total. But in between cycle i got joint problem. I took everything calcium, ccm, shilajeet, join relief pain oil massage, glucosamine sulphate.

Now, April is running but i am still suffering from problem. I left gym thinking it will get better. But no recovery

It is common to suffer from tendon and joint pain from use of testosterone and dht steroids that inhibit collagen synthesis.
Cortisol is also elevated after use of testosterone or other steroids.
Choosing things that lower it during pct and after or important.
Sometimes people get stronger too fast on gear and put joints and tendons thru hell. Sometimes water retention from steroids help joints and lack of water in joints from others hurts them.
It's important to keep a balance of water in joints. I have been a victim of this enough to know

What joint is hurting?
When I have this issue with my shoulder for example I gotta alter exercises that hurt it.
Example Flat bench hurts my bad shoulder right now.
Example dumbbells don't bother from more range of motion.
U gotta alter your workout to let yourself heal

Only my knee caps are hurting. I don't do exercise now. I did last exercise in end of november but still knees are hurting. When i sit, stand, climb stairs. Everytime knee hurts

See a doctor. And at your small size you should not have to use steroids. You should be able to build more muscle mass than you are showing with proper training and good nutrition.
 
Knees are one of the first areas to start suffering from joint pain associated with testosterone use. I went through the same thing after the first few years. Not a whole lot you can do beside altering the way you work out so you can avoid the pain. I had to stop doing regular barbell squats for a long period and substituted different exercises such as doing squats with a machine. It was the only way to position my knees to keep them from hurting.

Knees feel like they will pop forward squatting.

Right now everything I do requires alot of warming up.

Like BigZ said alter workouts.
Gives knees a rest
Use leg extentions.
I used too grab 120 lb dumbbell hold it with two hands up and down at my chest and squat more reps and lower.
This position gets pressure off for me. And it still keeps muscles worked.
Thankfully squats haven't bothered me in long time but I don't do dead lifts anymore at all!

Is there any medicine or supplement that can help to reduce pain. I want to start another cycle. But fearing joint pain
