Did I just hit a nerve?

So I was just going to pin before bed, and I stuck my medial head of my delt, like I have a thousand other times, but this time was different. Not in a good way. I stuck the pin in, and before I could start to push the plunger, a lightning bolt covered in fire shot thru my shoulder and arm. After about 15-20 mins it went a little numb, but now is starting to feel back to normal again.
Did I hit a nerve? Or are the ghosts in my house telling me to slow down?

I have some test Suspension I use preworkout sometimes. Other day had same thing.
Was fixing to do garage session called wife on phone to tell her to come see.
The numbness whole arm was freaking me out. Told her I wanted her to know incase sonething happened.
Pushed through workout got blood flow never felt it again.
I figured swelling at sight caused restricted blood flow!
I hit stuff the hurts alot I pull out a little or slow down the flow rate and it stops.
Bro I am hitting everyday mast prop test prop and tren a. Thighs sore glutes sore with knots I have to avoid moving to calves tomorrow and hips I have 33 days to go!

Feeling better today bro?
Best thing to do is keep it moving.
Work soreness out.
I only use Test Suspension, or Winni Suspension in delts for roids.
I also use igf in delts on shoulder day.

I have always heard that delt sight only can take a smaller amount 1-1/2cc or less!

Plus the shoulder has so many positions to move into we need it too much to take a chance!

That's how my delt suspension did 10 days ago.
Like I said I called wife to come meet me in garage. Left arm was numb freaking me out a bit.
