Has anyone tried this program? It's a nine-week program developed by Neil "Yoda" Hill (thus the name) that was originally for Flex Lewis. I decided to try it, and I'm almost through to the last week. I have to say, it really works. I think I've put at least an inch on my legs (which never ever happens for me), and I've been growing pretty well throughout my cycle. The thing is that I'm just about done with my cycle, but my gains have been picking up. I hate to have to end the cycle when I'm on a really good roll. I'm sure I could get a good full 10 lbs, maybe a little more and in only two months or so, that's not bad for a 48 year old. Should I let the cycle end or should I pick a little more up to see if I can keep it all going? It has been a test/sust, deca, tren e, IGF cycle for roughly 16 weeks.

It sounds kinda familiar and always interesting to check out new routines

I would say it depends on how you are feeling and how your bloods look. If everything feels good and bloods look good go for 2o weeks.
An inch on your legs is outstanding!

Hmm.. I have bloods done every 6 months so I'm not due to do a full check until September. I did have some other blood tests done for other purposes that showed my liver enzymes were fine, and I feel great. Like I said, I'm still gaining so I'd hate to lose the momentum. Might come down to having funds or not so could be a moot point, we will see.

Thanks for the help!
