So, I have had some extra gear for some time now. I ordered quite a bit little over a year ago. So the brands are different, if that matters, but all is legit from what I see...

Here is wjat I am taking first off...

50mcg t3 ED
100mg Anavar ED
100mg proviron EW (Plan to usemasteron p and droo this soon)
450mg test p EW
TNE 50MG pre workout (when able)
0.5mg adex 2x EW

I am tired often, like fall asleep at the gym tired sometimes. I drag ass. Idk if its a side or mental fatigue from just stress or what.

The old brand if var, pro and t3 I have is legit I trust my source.

My new source which is test prop and tne is definitely legit so it isnt a quality issue... but something got me deadass tires... aby ideas?

My appetite is still very low... but I meet my macros for the most part give or take 300ish cals.

Maybe I need more vitamins and more water? Can't lie, I get a lil less than 8 glasses a day some days with work and the warehouse is hot af.
 
If positive on sources then water can be a huge part and also as we all know fatigue is just part of this lifestyle..it just is.
Lastly when your liver is being worked really hard it also absolutely contributes to fatigue.

I am using liv52 I do have TUDCA on hand. I am upping my water to at least 1 gallon. And adding a multiV hopefully it helps. Come night time I cant sleep. Outrageous
 
Water will definitely help vitamins will help the liver support also helps but remember the liver also has to process those things and in some ways can contribute to the fatigue even though it's helping the liver to be healthy if that makes sense to you. Really in my humble opinion after 30+ years that the Teague really is part of the game and we just have to kind of put up with it understanding to that we are over training often and because of the recuperative abilities from the gear we think we can work out every day
It honestly sounds to me like a combination of all those things the suggestion would be to take an extra day off drink the water like you said take the multi eat at the same time every single day do your gear at the same time every single day make sure that the amounts are what they're supposed to be to keep blood levels even etc.

I see no problems with the gear. Shouldn't even be a combination that would make you that tired. With the T3 you're taking, you should have tons of energy. You said you can't sleep, so I'd say this is what you need to take care of. Personally, for whatever reason, I have had trouble sleeping just because it's like my brain just won't shut off. I've been on Ambien for years now, and it's the only thing that seems to let me sleep. Don't know if you're taking anything for sleep, but if you aren't, perhaps it's time to look into it. Might also look into doing a sleep study.

I want to say that I absolutely hate the Heat I've never been a fan of it I'm comfortable at 50 degrees to 70 degrees and its 95 plus here in my city... so with dehydration and just the Heat and all that I tend not to like being up in the daytime and working nights at my job I don't really have to be up in the daytime you know I have the most energy later at night but my gyms not open till 6 a.m. it's difficult to work a shift and Warehouse we're doing a lot of walking and lifting and probably do about four or five miles in that warehouse and night according to are fitbit's however accurate those are..

So going to the gym right after is difficult so I kind of like to go in a little bit before work which for some people might seem more difficult but once I leave work I just want to sleep I don't care about anything else in which most of the time I leave work 5 a.m. and don't go to sleep until 8 anyway but the whole mental concept of going to the gym right after work which I have done a few times before it's exhausting and itself.

For some reason T3 seems to make me feel very fatigued I think the reason for it is that it gives me anxiety and nervousness and I think mentally it's giving me like a burned-out sensation or something I know when I was using Clen I was okay for a little while I was also taking hemp oil which is supposed to help with anxiety and it really did like it made Glenn tolerable for me very tolerable and then when I came off the hemp oil and kept using the clan I was having Wicked anxiety attacks.

So I dropped Clen and continue the T3 and I'm just fatigue now I am losing weight though like bar test prop and T3 have been a miracle I just need something to help with my energy levels I'm going to try to get on a better sleeping schedule I am drinking more water and I am going to get some B vitamins I do have a low vitamin B
 
I was thinking b vitamins. I stress and stay anxious so i make sure to take plenty of b's for adrenal support
