I hear all the time that everyone is running a clean diet. That they are seeing the fat melt off of them when they are running tren a and prop. So instead of beating a dead horse let give some specifics.

What is the best diet when running test prop and tren a?

I can't really give mine out because it's 3Js work and he might like it lol.

I don't really count exact micros anymore. High protein/moderate fat/low carbs. Sorry I didn't get a chance to answer your message earlier. When I need to lean out I lower my carbs to zero simple carbs or as little as I can. I eat a lot more vegetables for complex carbs. I increase my protein and good fats as much as I can stand each day

That's to everyone that gave input. I think it is important that we educated everyone and a lot of new people may not know what to do.

Basically I eat small portions of chicken, red potatoes and a tomato 5 times a day. I mix in greens sometimes for my veggie and my other 2 meals are protein shake and new york strip steak last meal.

Depends on your goals whether you up your macros or cut. But it's a good idea to keep diet clean as often as possible.

Now that is clean brother.

I personally like keto based diet no matter what I am running. The only thing that makes keto based diets difficult with Tren is the notorious cardio killing effect of Tren; add the reduced work load you are able to do with keto dieting and it can be rather difficult.

That being said, the in roads with cardarine and MCT oils, Tren and Keto can work together for a killer cut.

Agree 100% the best cut I have done was keto & tren/test. The carb cravings were tough but I was single ans didn't keep carbs in the house.
Now between the kids and wife it seems like there is candy / cakes / chocolate in every corner. Its been tough to do.

I can usually only make it about 18 days or so before I can't stand it anymore. Work, cardio twice a day and workouts! Feel like the walking dead and I'm usually on clen and T3 also. I also get very on edge and snappy so I have to make sure I don't let the process consume me.

Diets are so incredibly difficult! It is by far the hardest aspect of training, however the most important IMO.

I am thinking about carb cycling. I have heard good things and have a fellow colleague who is 55 and looks like he is 21 by just trt and carb cycling.

18 days is a long time. I personally like going shorter time frame when doing keto based diets ( 5-7 days) ; I then come out for 36-48 hours and keep my carbs very clean ( steel cut oats, ezekial bread, basically no sugar all complex carbs) then I head back into keto for another 5-7 days. When I do this for a month I can typically loose 15-20 lbs and get to 8-10% bf very quickly and efficently.

I only go keto that last bit before a show to deplete down before the carb load and glycogen push.
