whats your last week look like if u dont mind my asking? More so i was just curious if you were running the tren acetate straight through the show and how far out your dropping the propionate and igf?
and for anyone curious of my question, i always dropped the igf-1 lr3 and propionate 8-10 days out while running trenbolone acetate straight through the show timing it so i took a small shot of tren morning of the show and would inject tren around 4am then go back to bed for another hour or two and then hit my meal upon waking
so im curious of your last week prep with these hormones , and also how your doing the water / carb depletes and loads etc...

Also curious if you stuck to one plan from one person, or if you tried pulling a little bit from here and little fromt here, which i think the ladder is a very bad idea, so whats ur coach say about the masterone enanthate?
Lastly, your going to do great man, not many people have the discipline to compete, big difference between being the biggest guy in the gym and standing on stage competing after a grueling diet and 12 or so week show prep.

I'm going to cut prop and igf 10 days out, run tren the whole way through, as long as I have enough.
My coach is doing great, but I feel when it comes to gear, he's not up to speed on everything, as we've discussed previously. I'm following what my coach says, but tweaking a few things that I know will benefit me, and make me finish better. He's got a girl going to the O for the second time this year, and he's got a handful of other clients that he's helped get pro cards. So he knows some shit, but just not everything. When I asked him if he's ok with my adding IGF, he didn't know anything about it. I had to tell him that keeping me on a cruise cycle of cyp is not a good idea, if anything I need to be on prop, and not a cruise cycle of 300mg a week. That's why I'm relying on my MC family to help a brother out. This is my first show, and I want to kick ass. I have people flying in from out of state to see my compete, so it's important that I have a good showing. Plus I'm a fucking fight or die kind of guy, so I want to win 1st place in everything I do in life. That's just me.
Food and water is still plenty right now, eating 7 times a day, and drinking about 2 gallons of water a day. The food portions have started to dwindle, though. Now I'm eating 8oz of protein (turkey/chicken/fish) and 1/4 cup of carbs (brown rice/whole wheat pasta) for 5 of my meals, with 1 apple or banana throughout the day. 1 whey shake for breakfast, and a casein shake at bedtime. No dairy, no sugar.
Workouts a 5 days a week, one body part per day, except for chest/shoulder day. Those who have seen my pics know my shoulders are my strong suit, so he wants me to just hit them with chest because I don't need to do much of anything to them. I have back day, quads day, arms day, chest/shoulder day, and hamstrings/calves day. Cardio 60 mins fasted in the morning, and 60 mins post workout. Many of my workouts, or part of them, are on my instagram.
I'm competing in light-heavyweight and classic physique. He asked if I wanted to do physique with the board shorts, and I said I'm working way to hard on my legs to cover them up. lol Current weight is 209 and I have to be down to 198 by show time. I think I can do that in 8 weeks.
