Feeling fucking fantastic!

I just finished a relatively quick chest and triceps workout at the company gym. I was able to go a little bit heavier than I have in a while on bench (294 for 5 reps) on my heaviest set.

But besides that, part way through the workout I stopped and thought, "Fuckin AAA, I feel GREAT!!" That hasn't happened in quite a while! I always feel good after I've worked out, but frequently have to "talk myself into it". Tonight, though, I had the opportunity and jumped on it without any kind of mental BS and LOVED it! Was pretty intense; did both chest and tri's in just over an hour, went good amd heavy, and did 3 exercises for each.

Adding to my glory (lol, I'm really full of shit, here aren't I???), my younger daughter (24) was over the other day and my wife says to her, "Notice anything different about Daddy?"

She answers, "You mean that he's even more buffed than usual?"

My wife says, "Well, he's leaner..." And on the went...

In fact, I've dropped a percent or two bf content and yet gained a few pounds. I had been down to 197 but am now right at 201. I'm not yet where I want to be (currently at 10 or 11%; goal is 8%), but down from 13% or so, so moving in the right direction. I don't see all that significant a change when I look in the mirror, but my belt needs another hole and my wife and daughter sure have noticed, so it must be significant!
