Seeking Cycle / Diet / Training Help

I have been training for about 5 years now (sometimes with a PT, sometimes myself). I started off pretty skinny-fat (75kg), went through a whole bunch diet changes and exercise routine changes, but got to about 88kg and stayed at around 85-86kg. I joined a new trainer this year, who only said to take clen (no roids) and I have gone down to about 77-78kg. I feel I have gone back to looking skinny fat which means these past 5 years are down the toilet.

Diet:
protein: whey, casein, egg (mostly just whites), lentils, low fat cheese, semi-skimmed milk, soy (tofu), chicken bone broth (protein powder mixed with shakes which has helped hair/skin/nails in particular I think)
carbs: rice (tbh I prefer white rice), pasta (red lentil one usually so lower carb), maybe protein bread/bagel if I need some carbs, berries
fat: nuts (usually ground almonds), fish oil, the dairy above gives the other fat
I have difficulty digesting beef and chicken and fish in its raw form therefore don't eat this (but have tried extensively). I was told it shouldn't matter as I can consume the above but maybe I am wrong?

Training:
I have been on a tonne of routines, but none seem to really 'change' me. I have trained 3x a week very hard with PT's to ensure I get enough rest. I have also trained 6x a week at some point. Neither really 'transformed' me. I have done all kinds of reps - 6-8 for strength, some trainers put me on 12-15 per exercise and so on. For about 8 months I was also doing chest 2x a week and although I did gain strength I'm not sure my chest looked any better. I am confused at this point what I am actually supposed to be doing.

Roids:
Test/Parabolin - I did 'change' i.e. gain weight, strength etc in the gym on this. It was random brands.
Mast/Deca/Winny/Avanar - didn't use long enough to see results. Usually a couple of weeks before swapping back to the above.
Clen - I had the Pharmacom brand and for the first time in my life I lost weight (and fat because I found it harder to pinch the sides of my stomach).
I did some HGH for 3 months and that was wonderful. I grew, hair/skin was amazing, strength was insane and I felt great in general. I was never ill either.
However, I've been off everything for 8 weeks or so now, had blood work to make sure I have recovered and look pretty shitty. I want to order from Pharmacon but I'm not sure what to go for.

Sleep:
Always min 9 hours a day and never wake up or have issues with this.

I regress in strength *a lot* depending on diet. If I eat 2.5-3k calories, my strength definitely goes up each week, I feel great, but look "skinny fat". If I stay on about 2k calories, strength literally drops to women weights even (no offence) on cycle but that is the only way I see my stomach go in.

I have no medical issues and I'm 27yo, 6 foot so there is no reason I shouldn't be looking better. My goal is also not anything crazy, just something neat and tidy like this: https://i.pinimg.com/736x/56/a5/17/56a517358b7c7298c720ee406ad0b841--sam-asghari-bruce-lee.jpg
Pec out, thicker arms, FLAT stomach (no 6 pack needed but I dont want a pot belly either) and lines so I look like I gym at least.
Every trainer I have been to said this is doable and its a good aim so I have no idea why it is taking so long to get there.

Hope someone can point me in the right direction please. I have pics from the start to now but would prefer to PM it not share publicly as I'm embarrassed by my body.

If the pic you posted here is a pic of you, your problem isn't in any area other than your mind. I'm not joking or trying to be mean when I say that you should consult a psychologist. Is that you? If not, I'll attempt to make some suggestions.

So your weighing 171 lbs. that was my stage weight a few years ago so you really aren't too light, you just need to change your shape by proper diet. Step 1, I'd recommend removing all dairy from your diet. For me, dairy makes me look round and soft, it may have the same effect on you. Step 2, drop the pasta, rice, and any form of bread/ bagels. For carbs, use sweet potatoe and red potatoe.

Training: 6 days a week. At your age, you can do 2 body parts a day which will give you two days rest on those parts before that are hit again. I recommend doing push/ pull excercides together... for example, chest and biceps on the same day rather than chest and triceps which would be an example of a push and a push. You only need to train for 45 minutes to an hour. Intensity is key! Don't rest long and keep moving. Superset and drop set a lot. Since weight is a concern, stay away from cardio. If you train intensely, you will get a cardio benefit.

Gear: No Clen, it's for weight loss! Stay basic, use EQ and eat right. More isn't always better. Check your results in 3 months and modify gear and diet from there.

1. But then how do I get protein? Keep drinking whey and thats it? No cottage cheese or greek yogurt even? I was told I need protein from various sources and more than 200g (which is tough without shakes etc).
2. I like potatoes but is that the only carb you recommend? Potato boiled and eat? Or in chips form (baked)? How about a mass gainer?
3. For the exercises no problem I can do the above. Do you have a good push/pull routine I could follow? I did google but there are so many that I got lost.
4. What is EQ please? Tren?

I am happy to PM my pic or even email it but I don't want to send it on the forum as I'm too embarrassed. Hope you understand. :)

Thanks!

If you can't eat it through chicken breast, lean steak, fish, or turkey, you will have to drink it. Whey during the day, casein at night. Pick green vegetables that have protein such as asparagus. NO DAIRY.

Stick to those carbs for now. Bake, grill, or boil them. No baked chips.

Monday and Thursday
Chest/ biceps
Tuesday and Friday
Shoulders/ triceps
Wednesday/ Saturday
Back/ legs

Work abs and calves daily.

EQ= Equipose
You definitely don't need Tren.

I have genuinely tried all of them but throw it up. I have tried blending it, mixing it with whey and what not, had no luck whatsoever. I even tried mixing the mince (chicken and beef) with pasta sauce to blur out the taste and threw that up also.
Even say a hypnotherapist and food dietician person to try to eat the foods but again no luck. Chicken bone broth protein (and even this needs to be mixed with whey so I can't smell it) and fish oil is the max I could take. What shall I do? :(
Not even oats are any good? I'm just worried with too many shakes I will damage my body vs having real food? Isn't whey = milk anyway?

Regarding the routine, I mean what exercises in each sessions, reps, rest etc :)

I can't find Equipose in Pharmacoms website. Does it have another name? Any PCT while doing test to make sure I stay healthy?

I just gave you a plan. Stick to the protein mixes. You should consider that you may have a eating disorder and need to consult a professional. Maybe it's a medical issue rather than psychological? Figure it out. Until you do, stick to whey. You don't need the chicken broth either.

Yes I have seen a doctor and everything, they said it is a digestion issue which is why I throw it up (and probably partly mental, but they crossed out mental when it was blended and tasted like strawberry as mentally I should be fine).

Yes the routine above is fine but I'm still unclear what exercise, how many reps, rest etc. And do I change or do the same routine over and over?

So whey with water, casein with water and potatoes / veges all day everyday? No mass shakes? No fish oil tablets, nuts, protein bars, orange juice, tofu, etc? What about quantity (I use myfitnesspal)? It seems a little extreme hence I am asking to make sure.

I cook everything myself so I could buy bags of frozen these: https://www.bodybuilding.com/content/8-high-protein-vegetables.html and make it into containers of salad and eat with baked potato? Isn't soybeans = tofu anyway (I blend this with whey and water to make 2 shakes).

Can I even look like that dude on this type of diet?

The EQ: http://pharmacomstore.ws/pages/search_query/?query=Boldenone
which one of these is it please?

why u reccomend to train back and legs together if i can ask? its 2 big muscle group and need more volume while shoulders and tric not...

Get Parmabold 500

When I'm on this forum, I assume the participants have a good level of knowledge about training. I don't mean this to be offensive, but I realize you don't. It appears you live in the UK so I don't think I can give you exercises to do because I'm sure I use different names for them than you do. Just google each body part and pick exercises you think are good.

On set 1 of each exercise, do 20 reps of light weight. The next two sets you increase weight and keep rep count around 10. The third set should require someone to assist you on the last two reps. The 4th and last set is a drop set. Don't count reps, go to complete failure.

Regarding your diet question, yes to the food. You should take Omega 3 fish oil tablets and a whole food multivitamin. You can take mass shakes too. Yes to almonds. For now, yes to really clean protein bars, not candy bars that call themselves protein bars. No orange juice or any other sugary drink. You want extreme results so you need an extreme diet. When I'm in competition mode, I'm eating a diet similar to this.

Continue to cook your own meals. You can control what is in it that way.

Depending on your genetics, and ability to maintain this diet, you could look like that guy.

It works to keep push / pull exercises together. Otherwise, I wouldn't do that. It works best for this program.

Yeah I know the exercises just was more curious about if there were some better than others.

I will make a new diet based on what you said and post it up here for review. The reason I asked about mass shakes is they contain carbs from non-veg/non-potato sources hence I wasn't sure if any good. I can make my own also its not a problem.

Re: gear - 1ml a week? 1.5ml? 2ml? Should I get any AI or something to make sure I dont fry my balls in the process?

Start with 1/ wk. that's 500 mg. Don't expect anything immediate. It works slow but works. It isn't known to make you retain water or fat.... just the opposite. You shouldn't need AI with this product/ dose.

Keep us updated on your progress! Good luck bro!

Why didn't I hear about this one before :) I usually take 2 compounds, but this seems like all in one?

I will make a new diet, order it and get cracking.
