Looking at running the following cycle. What would you guys change or add.

MC IGF 50mcg pre workout
Test Cyp -800 - 1000 per week
NPP 400mg per week
Dbol 40mg per day - first 6 weeks
Tbol 40mg per day 6 to 12 weeks

Run for 12to 16 weeks

add break between orals... 2-4w and I will change Tbol... Tbol is not DHT and its very soft light steroid and 40mg is low dosage for it, to make something... i will rather use Oxymetholon 150-200mg or Stanzol 40-60mg...

What's the purpose of the cycle?

Bf%? BodPod or Dunk test
Height?
Weight?
Age?
How many cycles have you done before?
Nutrition plan?
AI's?
Training plan?

Just curious on the goal, not being an ass. I coach bodybuilders ( men and women) offseason, show prep, etc.

What's the purpose of the cycle? Put on some size

Bf%? BodPod or Dunk test - 20% is a guess. No real way to test in my little country town
Height? 6'3"
Weight? 246
Age?50
How many cycles have you done before? Many..
Nutrition plan? High protein, low to mod carbs and higher fat
AI's? Nolvadex, Clomid, Hcg and MC Anti P
Training plan? Due to injuries over time, I have to do moderate weight and high reps.. Leg training is almost none as knees and back are shot. Doctors are just
amazed that I can still walk. But I hit the gym 4 to 5 days a week depending on what life throws my way.

Personally I don't but anyone on a mass cycle until they are closer to 10%, 14% max body fat. Considering you will add fat and the higher your body fat, the more estrogen you produce, it's not ideal. This is just my experience. Starting leaner allows your body to be more anabolic and insulin sensitive. This if done right, can add 3-5lb of muscle you keep per 10 gained. The rest will be 3-4lb water, 2-3lb fat.

My first trainer spent time training under Milos Sarcev and his wisdom was passed on to me. I'm almost 46 and compete in open and masters class, placing each time in the light heavies or classic physique. I approach training as a long term goal, wanting to compete for another 30-40 years if I can. Liver, kidney, heart, blood pressure, prostate, etc. These all come first.

Just offering my experience and help. :)
