Presser - in all the years I've been on this site, the number of reliability issues has been minimal. I've had more problems with *FACEBOOK* than your site. Your push for excellent service extends not only to your products but this site as a whole. The fact that you even *apologize*, unlike most site providers, is proof enough of that.
