Some thoughts and opinions? I’m reading that IGF has way quicker Benefits. But in the long run HGH is the way to go?
HGH or IGF for the Win and Best Gains
IGF lr3 if you are trying to build muscle and lose fat.
HGH converts to different types of growth factors that are beneficial in areas outside of bodybuilding , skeletal muscle etc... such as skin elasticity, finger nail and hair health.
Human Growth Hormones overall benefits are mainly attributed to the Insulin-like growth factor 1 it converts to. You can find this fact anywhere from bro science to scholarly articles on medical science , published medicine "pub med studies".
Make me choose between "Lr3 IGF 1" and "Growth Hormone" - my answer is likely the same as most bodybuilders in choosing "Lr3 IGF 1"
Now if I was financially able to do both "HGH" and "Lr3 IGF-1" then I would do both. Who would not want healthier looking skin, nails and hair right! I certainly would, but as a bodybuilder who is mainly interested in hyperplasia, and reduction in bodyfat , longR3 IGF-1 is the only way to go if you make me choose between the two!
Nearly every IGF 1 study to date on more species than I can name here including ours, shows the overexpression of IGF-1 signals stimulation and sometimes significant stimulation of muscle growth. Be that type 1 slow twitch oxidative muscle fibers or type 2 fast twitch glycolytic muscle fiber.
For those who have been out of school far to long type 1 is low intensity long lasting muscle contraction. Type 2 is obviously quick high intensity muscle contracting

Ya that's one he'll of an answer thanks for the info much appreciated. Now u said it's what you can afford I've Been doing gh for little over a month and I just got some igf lr3 1mg I've been reading and hearing igf is really hard to come by and it's faked a lot so if someone did find legit igf lr3 from your experience how much $ would one bottle of legit igf lr3 1mg cost you think?

you r welcome friend. everything is faked a lot. Most all anabolic steroids n human growth hormone are faked far more than igf 1 is.
in my experience its very cheap now. If you r able to purchase igf1lr3 directly from a manufacturer and they ask less questions believe it or not when your buying 2,3 or 4 bottles at a time each containing 50mg to 100mg of igf , you can get the cost per milligram down to 30 dollars no problem. Most people look at the prices of receptor grade igf1 lr3 on the biotech websites and see the costs and think anyone selling igf for less than $100 is fake. What they fail to realize is that everyone uses media grade igf1 lr3. That is what was available to all of us many years back and still what everyone sells, that is ,everyone who is able to purchase it direct or knows someone or they themselves are in the field.
you can click over to sigma aldrich now known as millipore sigma and grab yourself 5mg of real media grade long r3 igf1 expressed in e.coli either in lyophilyzed form or reconstituted already for $300 making 1mg cost to be $60. That is just for a 5mg purchase. Buy 300 or 400 milligrams and your cost is cut in half, believe it or not they also offer coupon codes and more....
So its not the cost of the igf that should sway you or have you believe that its fake, as you can easily see for yourself its just not that expensive anymore. It is the ability to purchase it thats hard to come by. At least it use to be hard to purchase it. In the beginning it was very easy to buy direct from Gropep in Australia. After igf took off it was an instant success at $300 per mg. Once too many people started to purchase it is when nearly everyone was cut off and you needed to meet certain criteria to make a purchase. Around this same time China was getting popular in supplying hormones and igf as well, only it wasnt made the same or expressed in e.coli it was a pure chemical synthesis and garbage.
I will leave it at that.
Back to your question of how much would one bottle of igf cost. I would say retail cost to the end user should be around 80 dollars for a one milligram purchase and slightly less if the customer buy more than one. I would sell it for $90 per 1 mg if it were me and maybe $165 for 2mg. This is if i were able to get it cheap as i wrote about above.
