help please im 52 and having surgery

going to have bariatric surgery feb 7th. ive always trained with weights but diet hasnt been right ever. im finally doing this to save my life and live to the fullest. is there any anabolics i could take after surgery to help prevent muscle loss? i wont be able to train for probably 4 weeks after surgery in order to heal fully. i dont wanna waste away if i could avoid that. would anavar help at all???just looking for info..thanks

Sure anavar is mild enough post surgery to not have side effects slow post surgery recovery while being muscle sparing to get you through this rough patch. 60-80 mg daily gets expensive though
