Well I need to install an add on modifications that keeps track of the top 10 new thread starters / post replies/ referrers/

So everyone can easily see where they're at each month in terms of these stats and I'll add it to the navigation bar so the info is just a click away

I think I seen this plugin offered someplace lol I'll have to look for it

We already have that installed. It's what gives us the stats box on the Forum Home page. You can display top posters, thread starters, referrers, etc., there. There is also a way to have it count from a certain time/date.

I think it might be worth considering supporting quality at least as much as quantity if sustainability is a goal. I often feel I have to work my way through the board to find a genuine discussion. To this end, I recommend we explore adding an element of peer review to the process. For example, maybe 40 posts makes one eligible for a vote as the member of the month. MC site reps could cast a vote at the end of the month or perhaps a public poll that included the entire community.

My $.02

I'm new, and really couldn't agree more. I have initiated many conversations, with many questions. Mainly trying to get a feel for everyone, and testing my own knowledge, and maybe even spoke when I should have been listening. I00% believe in an award system even when it's just acknowledgment, but for sure quality over quanity, and saying that I know I'm cutting my own throat. That's just how it is, but that's why I'm here to learn.

Now thats exactly the kind of Community Support and Feedback MuscleChemistry Needs! Yes That is a Fantastic Idea! Not set in stone, but yeah about 30 New Threads for the month will qualify each member as a candidate to be voted on for member of the Month, which we can make a poll and vote on as you said publicly or our Reps can vote on them.

There is also an addon for vbulletin where members can nominate threads or members for their postings or whatever that person contributed to get them a nomination, i wouldnt mind adding that

anyhow, yes quality should be a considering fact so long as that person met the said quantity to be considered

WE WILL BE ANNOUNCING A MEMBER OF THE MONTH JULY 1ST!

WASTN GOING TO START THIS UNTIL JULY, BUT WE HAVE SOME REALLY GOOD MEMBERS PUT IN SOME SOLID CONTRIBUTIONS HERE BY WAY OF POSTING GREAT NEW INFORMATIVE INFORMATION, AS WELL AS HELPING ANSWER MEMBERS QUESTIONS

EVERYTHING IS RELATIVE GUYS AND GALS! SO JUST CAUSE YOU DONT HAVE THE MOST POSTS OR NEW THREADS STARTED DOESNT MEAN YOU CANT WIN, THOUGH POST COUNT IS A HEAVY RANKING FACTOR

Julys Member of The Month Is "Dean Destructo"

Your Solid Performance In June for helping bring our community the best information out there, as well as helping members with their questions has earned you Julys Member Of The Month & $400 In Store Credit!
