MC IGF (golfer or tennis elbow)

Ok guys, I have used MC IGF before several times.
I have some in fridge.
I am suffering from tendinitis, at that small bone on side if elbow. It hurts just to lift my drink with that hand and arm.
Gripping anything hurts.
I am wearing a brace and lifting with restrictions so it can heal!!!

My question, can I use MC IGF at site of pain??
And if so how?
It's bony there and not sure if I should go under skin there or try and get into pain spot????

Any help or advice appreciated!!!

From my understanding IGF can go systemic and bind to IGF receptors provided there is a strong enough inflammation response . After training, especially after back day (thats the worse on elbow tendonitis) I'd inject 50mcg in the meaty part of the forearm just above the elbow. You should have plenty of inflammation signaling going on after training in that area that any IGF having gone systemic will be drawn to the area needing healing.

adding in Tb500 and Bpc157 is another option ,, but from my experience this type of elbow tendonitis just needs time to heal and you'll need to drastically cut down your volume for biceps and back , and when you do do back you should use lifting straps so as to not grip anything tightly (keep your grip light on all lifts)

Time as geared said above is the real healer of tennis elbow, and we have had a few guys post their igf results for this exact issue and they said it helped . Pretty sure they each listed where they applied the igf as well and I may have suggested their shoulder and bicep area as im a firm believer in getting as close to area needing attention as possible regardless of it being systemic.

I also believe more guys have reported better results for this issue using tb500 with which I have no real world experience to offer aside from regurgitating the same shit you can read yourself lol

Agree good advice.
I am also on hgh 5iu a day generic.
Which I have heard can cause this in tendons in elbow. I already went thru it in hands carpal tunnel and went up from.4iu to 5iu.
I have had it before in elbows.
Am a mechanic so it's not just lifting.
Know I got to brave and grabbed 50lb dumbbells and hit alternating curls at end of back workout.
It started then.

When u say in meaty part above elbow u mean on bicep send or fore arm side?

I would pin right there in the circle (meaty part of the lower brachioradialis).. visually seeing the location of the pain I would venture to say that the issue is mainly 'grip' related . you may want to get a forearm/grip brace that is designed to limit your grip strength (try to wear it working as a mechanic if possible). I feel your brother , hate nagging little injuries like that

Been wearing brace.
Two straps connects to move at elbow.
Straps above and below elbow.
Helping taking some vacation days so that will help for 5 days straight so tomorrow and next day then off till next Monday.

In workouts I limit and adjust the strap helps cannot use dumbells on front or side raises. That is brutal.
Thanks Fellas for input!!!

If igf works let me know, I had golfers elbow back a year back and only time worked. I did use some trigger point work that eventually cut the issue, but that took a good 6 months.

If there is a magic pill, let me know because elbow pain is brutal.

I have been rubbing hard into trigger point and it's getting better on rest days.

I had it before tennis elbow for 1 year on both sides.

Wrapping and not flipping with massages helped then too.

Haven't had time to use it yet.
Tonight will do 30mcg in meaty spot!!!

Then will start using it 5 days a week.
Last time I was falling asleep with my combo it was too much.

If i get tired will use before bed.
At 40mcg.

Father time and the use of a patella knee strap helped when I had tennis/golfers elbow. That extra pad in the strap made all the difference in my case. Good luck..

I will.be using pre-bed in area 40mcg for about 1 week
Then pre-bed and or last quarter of workout exhaust period bi-lateral IM.

It's golfers right now this time.
As far as jerkers, I am using left but gotta help guide it with right. But it's a relief!! Lol!!

What is weird is I have had in in shoulder tendonitis, elbows hands wrist,
Even feet heel to big toe. Oh yeah the weird is I have switched up my blast or dropped or added something in past and bam like night and day then heals up!!!

This is my motivating with IGF because I gotta finish Cut Stack.
I am dropping back prop now to 50 to 100 to tren ace.
I upped it when pain started 20 days ago 2 bottles of Test/mast/tren 300mg 100 of each.
Well not much help!
