Fighting a cold

Fighting a head and chest cold for about 5 days now. I have zero energy. Anyone have any suggestions that may help out the energy level? Workouts have been week at best.:mad:
 
I take cold eeze & emergen- C... I think that's how it's spelled on the package. Anyway, emergen-c has b vitamins & other stuff that helps with energy, but I take caffeine too.
 
Zinc, vitamin c and d. Lower the intensity of your workout. You're just causing more stress to your immune system.
 
You may laugh but cloves ( yes I mean plural) of garlic. You will smell awefull, but you will feel better soon.

Anytime I feel just the start of something, I start eating garlic until my wife says "uncle".
 
Answering this for others that may read this thread..

Zinc and large doses of b12 are definitely your friend to get over the cold faster and bring up energy levels.
