hypothyroid t3 question

hello everyone, first of all I apologize 4 possible misspelling of certain words, Im from europe, generally I speak english fine, but havent used it in a while..so here it is, i have a question 4 expirienced members, or anyone willing to help.
2 years ago i was fat, and when i mean fat i mean yeah...really fat, stripped fat off, went to bb contest 10months after i starded my transformation blah blah, did well btw, and fast forward, im currently in my prep for 2cnd show year after, but this time not natural. because of the fear of tren possibly could affect my t3 levels i went and checked my thyroid before use of tren, and it turns out im hypo..
same as my mom, my grandmother, my aunt..it runs in the family, i was hormonal wreck while i was natural, thats the reason why i started PED's in the first place, high blood preassure, high estrogen, etc..funny thing, no BP problems now when im on gear, actually, my BP dropped in half..yeah in half, it was 260/130, i was on the edge of dying few times a day..fucked up thing
so my question is, whats ok dose t3 for someone who is hypo, i went 2 endo but i got appointment almost a year from now, thats the way things work here..
is 25x2 mcg daily sufficient dose 4 someone who is hypo. i know that i will get t4 from my endo, but thats almost a year from now, and i gotta do something in the meantime, cant get fucked up, thats a plus, but dont want to use 2 much, just enough to bring me to upper end of normal.. i suppose its somewhere about 37.5mcg - 50mcg a day.. thanx everyone, im really sad because of my condition, because i really lowe bb and dont want to abuse anything to make up 4 my lack of work or anything, current on 525-600 test e week, i pin 0.7-0.8 cc 3x a week, every 56hrs, im a bit freaky about that, and started tren ace 3days ago at 25mgs day...for weekly total of 175-200..thats what im aiming for..

FIRST OFF, WELCOME!!

I would hold off doing anything until you can get in for those appointments! You said it yourself, you were a hormonal wreck, so why not just wait and see what your doctor says, as that 1 year wait might not seem so long down the line compared with a lifetime of problems if you go ahead now and royally fuck yourself up.

and you really should spell things out as not to leave confusion, like hypo thyroid, not hypo glycemic etc..

Now if your not going to wait, then hopefully one of the fellow mc here can help you out more specifically.

We also have a fantastic resource here in TRTdoc , who specializes in this kind of stuff! you can pm him here, or post in his forum here, or visit his website www.entouragehormones.com

Best of luck

Welcome!!

You have already dieted down for a BB show without T3 ( did I read this correct or is my assumption correct). If that is the case, even if you are hypo you did it once before without the T3/T4.

There is one thing that might help your thyroid and that is iodine. Typically the only place you get it is in sea food and iodinized salt ( which most everyone avoids especially in competition phase). The lack of iodine maybe the underlying issue, who knows I am not a doctor just trying to help.

Yes, i diated before, i dont know why but i didnt ever noticed i have slow metabolism, even now, droping 2lbs(0.5kg) every week at my current macro split(400prot/200carb/60fat) and i refeed every 7-10days with aprox 1000grams of carbs 100+g fat etc, aprox 7-7.5k kcal on refeed days.. searched about natural supps, i found private endo in my city, and considering going there, thats what my mom did when i was 13. She got me to the private clinic because doctors were afraid to give me beta2blockers because of my age, but she knew i might die with that kind of BP till i turn 18. Thanx everyone

So did you make the endo appointment?

Welcome to the board, you look damn good. Yours is the kind of case that makes endo doctors scratch their heads in disbelief. Not sure what the doctors are like where you live, but in the U.S. they would most likely not believe you're for real, even with the blood tests to prove it, and this is exactly what I can't stand about doctors--that they think everyone is going to be like a text book case. Hope you get things figured out.
