Recipe for Nandrolone Phenylpropionate please

First time I brewed NPP I couldn't get it to fully dissolve and it was weaker but still good.
I use a .25 or .22-20. Sterile of course.
I don't disagree gentle heating is a good idea for bonding but I don't agree with the high temp. I have seen flash coil heating as an element of bonding.
I have not seen it in brews and the highest I ever go is 200 degrees for 10-20 min.
Im not saying some don't do it in a controlled manner such as flash coiling but its not something I would do since melting raws can degrade and the solvents start to breakdown and condensate at that temp as well. Not to mention BA will flash burn at 300 degrees.

what is flash coil heating ??? interesting and would u think tht it would be a good technique for brewing large ml brews ??? and thanks for the info as well my friend .. :) im always learning something new when talking to you... its a blessing talking to you bro.. :) and i dont go above 212 f myself for about 10 to 15 as well.. its seems to work for me at tht temp,, plus it makes filtering such a breeze and tht temo as well.. especially when ur doing big brews ... :),, however this guy tht told me this info is pretty established in the brew field as well and his knowledge is as urs... i wish tht i could get him to get on MC to introduce himself to you,.. ill ask him ... :) and you mentioned the filter size,, is tht for a membrane or a syringe filter??? and im also using .22 thickness membrane as well.. :) you rock powder .. awesome info as always.... and u mentiond also flash burn,,, what is tht as well.. thanks for all ur input ,, it is always very much appreciated.. :)

Flash coil heating is like what you see on Moon shiners except they use it to heat not cool down. its usually glass curl tubing or stainless steel. It coils and runs through a heated chamber that heats it as it flows through towards filtration. This is usually used by well know Pharm companies.

The .20-.25 is the membrane thickness and what's allowable to pass through. I always use sterile microbial.22..syringe filters or filter membrane when doing large amounts.

Flash burn is the temp that a combustible will ignite with direct flame or spark but the build-up of heat to the point it flash burns (combusts).

My question is when you make 200mg/ml of NNP do you get a sludge at the bottom or does it all dissolve?
I made a second batch yesterday that sludged, weirdest thing ever..

and i use the .22 so i guess tht im good in thickness there for my membranes... and i also read in the spec sheet tht i have for membrane use and it says on some membranes it works better if u damp it with iso-propional .... do u know anything about this ??? and do u do this as well ????

and no i didnt get any sludge at the bottom of my npp brew... interesting... i've never had tht happen to me... mine has always been crystal clear... both in the beaker as well as the flask... im thinking thts a suppliers or manufactures errror... maybe an esterification problem ??? maybe... i mean u know what ur doing and its never happened before then thts the only logical solution im thinking in tht... im sorry tht tht happen.. did u get it to sit straight ????? LMK..

and i PM,ed you something tht im working on,, didnt know if it was wise to blast it on a thread.... :) lol....
 
Thanks bro, I hit you back. I tried a higher concentration with a lower solvent level to reduce PIP and well, my solution didn't like it so I did sesame and grapeseed oil with 18% BB per total volume and 1.5% BA and Bunsen burnered it for a few it completely dissolved and then I immediately cooled it in an ice bath. Then reheated it to about 100 degrees and it was fine, so now I have NPP at 300mg/ml SWEET!
 
thts nice.. let me know if there will be any pip on the brew bro.. and where do u heat the coil for flash coil heating... i wish tht i had a pic to see so i can understand it better.. :)
 
Anyone have issues with NPP falling out of suspension? I made some all was great injected and everything then a week later I go to inject and its all crystalized?
I have never had this problem before and wondered if anyone else did? I have done this for years and never seen it fall out of suspension a week later..just curious
It was a 30ml at 200mg/ml it stayed room temp, just fell out of suspension..
 
INTERESTING POWDER.. WHAT DID UR NUMBERS LOOK LIKE ??? NEVER HAD THT HAPPENED... SOUNDS LIKE WHEN I DO UN-MICRONIZED STAN,,, I HAVE THT PROBLEM BUT NEVER WITH THE NPP.. STRANGE... IM SORRY TO HEAR THT.. MAYBE IT COULD THE MANUFACTURE ERROR... BUT DIDNT U MAKE IT JUST LAST WEEK AND THAT SAT STRAIGHT ???? WHAT DID THE RAW LOOK LIKE ????

THE ONLY THING THT COMES TO MIND WITH ME IS THT U DIDNT HEAT IT UP ENOUGH TO FULLY MELT THE RAW WITH THE SOLVENTS... JUST A THOUGHT.. BUT UR THE MAN ON THIS SO I SERIOUSLY DOUBT THT THIS COULD BE THE PROBLEM..
 
yeah I tried to mimic a buddys recipe. It was 1.5% BA and 15% BB. The powder is pure and strong so I thing the 4 grams used may have been to much. I was heated and stayed clear and then when mixed with oil it formed some sludge but nothing bad. After sitting for 5 days it started to crystalize and then just sludge.
When heated it completely dissolves and turn clear. Craziest shit I have ever seen.
I think its the high concentration and its supersaturated at 300mg/ml NPP should be no more than 200, and even that is a pain in the ass.

sounds exactly what happened to my stan tht i made tht i told u about .. lol... it didnt even occur to me on the over saturated mg concentration... tht sounds like the smoking gun to your problem... did u finally get it to sit straight with more bb or guaiacol ??
 
So I did the powder and then the solvent, I preheated the solvent and swirled it in the autoclave for a while until it was crystal clear then let it sit at room temp until it cooled. There was no crystals or fell out of solution. I then added room temp GSO and heated it swirling it gently. After that cooled I filtered it and so far so good.
Its at 200mgs/ml NPP and 100mg/ml TP.
 
So far so good bro, the recipe is as follows.
3 grams TP
6 grams NPP
0.6ml BA
6mls BB
16.4mls oil
READ ENTIRE POST BEFORE PROCEEDING:
place powders in vial mix together with something, add BB swirl and mix, then add BA and swirl and mix. Place vial in boiling water and swirl solution, make sure you have a stopper on it DO NOT SIT IT IN THE WATER. Just dip it and swirl solution until its clear. The solvent will bond with the compounds and turn clear. Do not proceed until the solution is clear or your solution WILL crash. Allow to sit at room temp.
After its clear add your oil I used GSO. Oil does not have to be heated.
After addition of your oil, again swirl vial in boiling water, make sure if you have a stopper on it you vent it as it heats it may pop stopper.
When its warm and completely mixed begin the filtration process.
I got this solution to hold and produced
200mg/ml NPP
100mg/ml TP
Same PIP you normally get with TP nothing more.

i like GSO to! that an Safflour
 
safflour is good with light esters, never compound it with multiples. That was my first mistake it isn't thick enough chemically to hold multiple compounds, especially after you thin it with BB and BA. I know EC uses Safflour with no more than 1.5%BA in their solutions. I don't know if they even use BB, as the ones I've tested show no trace.
 
Coconut oil would not be my choice as its part of the peanut family and has many of the same properties. It can go bad faster and once you mix it with a solvent it runs like water and has a short shelf life. Its difficult to get coconut oil in usp grade as well. I will stick with GSO and Safflour oil. I use sesame still in some high concentration mixes.
