Exact temp Im not sure, that was what I thought also, that it has melt something in the filter? Usually I keep i very WARM but not hot.. Also last time I tried to make 200 prop i came out clear as sky but crashed.
I have the pump around 20 but what the digits represent Im not too sure of :)
 
Wow. Same issues I had. I had to sort it out on my own though. Took me a lot of testing, hours and about 6 stericups. Ok here are the facts:
1. Make sure oil cools to below 130deg f before pouring into funnel(top of stericup) yes. 180deg melts the filter membrane and causes cloudy, contaminated and dangerous gear.(this spec can be found on the millipore white paper)
2. Make sure vacuum is below 13 inHg for a millipore cup. This is important. I broke many diaphragms with my pump before I got a guage and regulator. It was pulling nearly 28 inHg and again letting contaminated gear in the media flask because the filter failed from excessive vacuum. (this spec can be found on the millipore white paper but is in metric)
3. Regarding the prop 200. I made 100 and 200 and 200 crashed as well in 24hrs. I mixed the two together (equal ammts) and reheated and refiltered so the result was prop 150. It seems to be right on the edge as some vials crashed. 2/18, GSO. I think 20% or 22% bb would fix this.

no. 2/18/GSO is short for 2% BA/18% BB/GrapeSeedOil.
InHg is inches of vacuum. Too much and you will suck the filter membrane out of its holder (pretty obvious)or worse get a tear in it and not know it and your entire media flask will be compromised.
 
Sorry read you post to quick. The recipe I get. But i did it with 20 or 25% bb and it crashed last time...

At 200/? Yea it will. Try diluting to 150/ and u should be ok with the higher bb. If you have more powder the easiest way to dilute is to make a equal batch at 100/ and swirl/heat together with the 200/ and refilter(leaves you with 150/). You should clear up all that cloudiness as well if you do it correct and work within the specs of your stericup. Good luck

Actually I still have that crashed batch left. Bu what I did was to add 11 mls of bb, 1 ml ba and 38 mls of EO, to make it 180-185... (I had 500mls from start)

But this 180 also crashed but not as hard. What can I do with this semi-crashed batch? If I dilute to 150 will it stay in solution?
 
Ohyea is correct, filter melts or dissolves from high heat or high BA content , then comes out in the final solution.
 
I honestly didnt personally use the gear even after it has been re filtered after the melted filter. I could never get the oil as clear as a non- melted filter batch and that means to me that although there was no bacteria and the product was sterile there was still "durapore" PVDF clouding it up and I personally don't like the idea of polyvinylidene difluoride membrane floating around in my body but to each his own. Sterile is one thing and foreign plastics is a whole different subject. It did clear up but like I said, not as much as a non contaminated solution.

nandrolone decanoate : 250mg/ml , ba 2% without bb
npp : 100mg/ml , ba 10% without bb
tren ace : 100mg/ml , ba 2% without bb
boldenone eq : 200-400mg/ml , ba 2% without bb


*all this recipe it make with castor oil and it try no pain at all !!!

Yossi, please share why you are eliminating the BB and putting in so much alcohol. Did you run out of bb?:wink:
 
That much BA is a waste-Read my article on BB and BA in the lab forum. You will see where more than 1.9 mls per container has no added benefit. BA is only a preservative and the more you add the more pain you will endure upon injection as well as scar tissue.

This is a high amount and I would never consider using it, just my opinion.
 
I read this old post and noticed many questions unanswered.
The color in the flask is due to the filter dissolving and the membrane separating from the solvent and Guac/EO.
The BA/Bb content is to high as well.
The solution should not be heated so hot before filtering, you should mix raws with the solvent at a heated temp then allow to cool. It will be clear or slightly cloudy.
Then add your oil mix then filter.
Just my advice
 
10% BA no way
y do people try to make such high doses?
I would rather not have pain when doing a cycle.
Makes the cycle not injoy able
125-150 I can see 200 prop no way.
I started using test ISO instead of prop so much smoother and no pip.
But ha if it worked for you get it
 
I agree with Beef on this one. The prop ester will already cause pain and that much BA will definitely cause pain. 1.9ml per 20ml is plenty.
