Sterilizing vials/media bottles

I was wondering if I could use a UV steriliation cabinet to sanitize vials and media bottles. I'm looking st this one in question: http://www.amazon.com/Salon-Electri..._UL160_SR160,160_&refRID=08XJ4ZWSZ16HWA5V3DYA

So I was thinking to wash with light antibacterial dish soap and distilled water, then soak in isopropyl alcohol and put it in a uv sterilizer such as this one for 90+minutes. What do you guys think?

sorry i dont know much about all that stuff, but cant you just buy sterilized vials

Of course I could. But I need to sterilize the media bottles, beakers tools etc anyway and I already got the vials much much cheaper than paying for the sterilized ones.

You need an autoclave and pouches.

Rinsing in 90& isopropyl alcohol has always worked for me.
