Pressure Cooker Sterilization, Condensation Help!

I am getting super frustrated now. I have tried multiple times to sterilize my Vials and I get condensation inside of them no matter what I do. Here is my process

1) Rinse out vials with 70% Isoproply alcohol
2) Place vials on hot plate until they are completely dry inside.
3) Wrap Vials in Tin foil from the top and from the bottom (Two lays of tin foil)
4) Place top down in pressure cooker and PC for 30 minutes.
5) After cooldown, open pressure cooker and CONDENSATION INSIDE VIALS.

I attempted this twice. I even wrapped a 500ml Pyrex container that im going to use for my bottletop filter 3 times. 3 damn times with tin foil. From the top, From the bottom, From the top again. STILL get condensation inside of it. I am concerned that when I brew its going to be cloudy junk because of the condensation.

Shit is killing me! I dont really get what im doing wrong here. I would much rather use the PC than oven bake since I have an expensive one and in principal it should be a better way to sterilize.

as for your sterile vials question, I havent a clue about this stuff, but we have some very knowledgable guys here who will chime in shortly I'm sure!

Just let the moisture dry up before using. I would just bake the vials in an over rather than use pressure cooker. Cover the vials with tin foil. Better yet, just by sterilized vials.

Yeah, I want them as sterile as I can get them. I decided to bake after pressure cooking since the tin foil was still on them to get all the moisture out. This worked out for me.

It's pretty obvious whats happening here. You are heating them after washing them, in order to get the vials dry. then, you are wrapping them in tin foil and then putting them in to the pressure cooker. Seems, from what you wrote anyway, that you are not letting them go cold before putting the tin foil round them which, in turn keeps the heat in them and makes the glass "sweat, thus causing moisture to form and then, when put in the pressure cooker, this is whats causing them to be cloudy. In future, once the vials come off the heat, keep them free of any covering until they are completely cold and then wrap them in the tin foil and place in the pressure cooker. No. I was washing them in a cold ISO bath 70 percent. I am then drying them and putting tin foil on them and then they go inside a pressure cooker for an hour and no matter how dry I made them they would still form condensation. It is possible its because I did not allow them to get cold, didn't really think about that.

So now when they come out of the PC I poke a hole in the tin foil with a sterile needle and put them in an oven and bake them for an hour to dry them out again before using them. If anything I am using a PC to sterilize then baking them which should be overkill sterilization procedure.

Bro you have to use distilled water in pressure cooker.
Cook them just 30minutes under highest pressure.
After that bake them in oven on 220c for at list hour.
Aloud them for cool down in oven.
Job done
