Vials in a vacuum

Strange question, but what would happen to a vial of test enanthate if you put it in a vacuum? Would anything, such as the alcohol or test e pass through the rubber stopper?

I ask because I did something stupid like that. I store bulk almonds in small vacuum food storage containers and without thinking, to keep the vial from prying eyes, I put it in with the almonds. Under vacuum! I can't be sure that the vial was full when I put it in, but when I took it out 4-5 days later, it was only 1/4 full.

I assume the specific gravity of test e is lower than the oil, so maybe what's left is just oil? Or maybe nothing came out and I just didn't pay attention to how much was there in the first place.

thanks,
Tom

Shouldn't be a problem because one of my favorite source send his packs out vacuum sealed never had an issue and he uses sealed sterile vials so the rubbernstopper has been pierced once already and never an issue
