Fat loss slowdown

During the last week I've noticed the fat isn't dropping as fast as it was previously. Currently I'm doing 45 minutes of cardio Monday through Friday. Should I add another day of cardio on Saturday. I don't want to be doing cardio on Sunday (leg day). Should I increase the time or should I add an evening session of 20 or 30 minutes? My carbs are already very low (less than 90 grams per day) and calories are about 2000. I'm stuck at 175# right now.
 
How far out are you from your contest, and what's your body fat? I'm wondering if you can bump up your calories for a couple days to try and jumpstart your metabolism?
 
Contest is 6 weeks from Saturday. I'm having the body fat tested tomorrow. Maybe I'm causing myself too much worry over it, but I want to make sure I'm ready on my day, not a week or two after. I'd like to be ready two weeks ahead so I can try carb loading to see how my body responds.
