Is one 8oz Bottle of Pro Tan enough?

I decided to go with Pro Tan for my competition color. Is one bottle enough? Do I need bikini bite to hold my posing suit in place? What do you recommend for my face? Just a bronzer or Pro Tan that too? This is my first time and I really don't know much about this stuff yet.

most likely youll need another bottle! on the face you a makup pad/sponge

I used one of those paint brush sponges...they do a nice job and dont leave streaks.
