The thermogenic properties of hot sauce

I use this stuff called Dave's Insanity Sauce on all my food and I swear I can feel my body temp rise for a while after eating it. I even sweat. It's claimed to be the hottest sauce in the universe. All I can say is that it's the hottest stuff I've ever tasted. If you decide to try it, use it carefully a drop at a time (the serving size is one teaspoon, WAY too much) and if you accidentally get some on your hands, don't touch any part of your body that's sensitive until you've washed thoroughly!

I was a major Tobasco addict when I was dieting of comps. I would put it on everything I was eating. I found a hot sauce called 100%. The stuff was so strong it made my eyes burn when I was cooking with it. There's a store here in the Mall of America that sells just hot sauce.

Saturn I'm from Minnesota too. I've been to that store you're talking about. They have some crazy hot sauces there. Will you be competing or going to the Gopher State on April 5th?
