One more T3 question

What do you think about running a twenty day cycle early(12wks out)
and then run at 25mcg/ed at two weeks out for two weeks, then take week off before contest? will run clen at same time
 
personally

i would hold off on the t3 until later on! let the diet get your metabolism started first and then had the suttle little extras as needed

Try to watch your fat loss very closely...as you get closer to the show you can add in t3...dosage is BE dependant...average 200LB BB iw oudl recommend 75-100 mcg daily in divided dosages usually run for 6-8 weeks. Remeber as well the last week before the show taper down to 25 mcg per day...it can flatten you out if you are taking too hight a dosage....25 mcg will aid in protein synthesis as well as carb loading..usually combined with some fast acting slin as well! I have never seen anyone have il efffects who have used t3 responsibly! The key is not to take too much and to keep the diet strict. On a pecontest diet never throw all your cards on the table at once...keep a few trumps cards for the future ie. start with a clean diet, gradually lower carb intake..add in light cardio, lower carb intake again..up cardio, add in eca, add in clen 2 weeks on 2 weks off..add in t3..get the picture....try to get the most fat loss from the least..and gradually add in the trump cards to get you over the plateaus!
