just want to make sure i got this right

starting diet 15 weeks out with 30 min cardio

will add in t3 at week 7 ramp it up and back down to 25mcg the week of the show this should allow me to carb up maybe even speed it up. Is this correct?
 
I recommend running the t3 PAST the show - not ending it AT the show. Something like another 2-4 weeks and ramp down further than 25mcg. of possible. This will allow your body to better adjust to the added calories that most guys take in for atleast a few weeks after their shows. It will help you to not blow up so much.

so run it for 10 weeks ramp up and back down to 25mcg 1 week before show then continue 3 more weeks slowly bring it down
 
I didn't quite understand that. lol

You will want to peak your dose the week of the show, tapering up to the show and down after the show. I would end the t3 'ramp' at less than 25mcg. though. I prefer to go as little as 12.5mcg or even 6.25 if possible depending on your tabs. As an example, people who have to take t4 for hypothyroidism, only take in the neighborhood of .125mcg or in that area. That is T4 - not t3 and, as you know, t3 is much more potent. 25mcg. of t3 is much more drug than most people think.

Hey bro..just to add in on what Skip waa saying...ou shouldn't spend more than 10 days ramoming up at the most..i sually ramp up to 100 mcg/day in about 8-10 days....you want to be on max dosage as long as possible then ramp donw very slowly!! It is true that T3 can flatten you out if on high dosages , but everyone is different and it helps some lose water and stay tight because of the increase in metabolism..this may be how it works for Skip...some however find it prevents them from getting full...so just experiment a few weeks out with a carb up and see what happens..reduce the dosage if necessary....sfter the show you want to taper slowly..by that i mean from 25 mcg per day as even this dosage will suppress natural thyroid production ...so it doesn't matter if you are taking 254 or 100 your natural is suppressed..for that matter when you are prepared to ramp down go to 25 mcg per day in split dosages..cut the tab in half...stay at this dosage for 2 weeks..then go to half tab(12.5 mcg) per day for a week...then go to 6.25 mcg per for a week..thats it..after you are completely finished..do a 3 day higher carb load...add in hi gi carbs too...cookies etc..but dont go hi calorie..keep below maintenace....after that try to eat balanced meals hi protein mod lo gi carbs..preferably low gi fruits and veggies(strawberries, raspberries, apples, peaches) (radish, romaine, peppers,etc) and avoid all ephedra products as well as caffeine...use guggul, slenium, and sulpur with an iodine supplement to aid in thyroid production...you need to eat clean for 3-4 weeks..you will be fine! This has worked well for myslef and clients!

All good info for sure, bro. However, you forgot one thing: the cardio! lol Gotta get the cardio in there too.

Yeah, it doesn't flatten me out because I don't use a large dose (relative, anyway). Plus, I use it for LOOOOONG periods too.
