Heavyweight Champ wants to thank Skip for his guidance

After a couple of days of debates over Skip's "Shitload" contest prep I decided that I was interested enough to hire Skip to walk me through the program in my final week before my contest.

This was not an easy decision for me. I have been bodybuilding and competing for 15 years. I rarely let someone completely take over my last week, as it is the most critical. But as I said, Skip had peaked my curiosity over the "Shitload" concept and I thought that it would work very well for me.

Having just competed this past Saturday, and having won the Heavyweight division at a NPC State show, I wanted to publicly thank Skip for his help. He kept in constant contact with me via e-mail the last week and via phone the day before and all day of the contest to ensure that I was peaking as planned. Skip was very knowledgeable in every aspect, not just his own "Shitload" process, but every part of the last minute prep.

As I said, I have been doing this for 15 years, and I was still able to learn a thing or two from Skip. I would HIGHLY recommend that if any of you are going to be competing, that you give Skip a call. He will be able to guide you through every aspect of your contest prep, and believe me when I tell you, it takes a load off your mind when someone else can worry about all of the prep stuff and you can just do the work.

So Skip, thanks for the guidance buddy. It was a true pleasure to work with you. I wish you all the best. Thanks for helping me to win my first State Title

Very kind words, bro.

If there is anything I can help with in the future, let me know.

SJR is dead on. (Hey man - hope the trip back was cool!)

Skip was talking to him on the cell all day - they probably spoke more than a half-dozen times over the weekend to monitor the carb-up and SJR's hydration state. I was very impressed. As any of you competitors know, its damn near impossible to be objective about your condition during the day before and during the show - hard to tell if you're full, if your dry, if you're neither, etc. - so having a cool head like Skip around was a great asset. (Now there just needs to be TEAMSKIP cell phones with the built-in digital cameras and the communication will be perfect.... 8^) )

SJR, kick some ass this weekend, too, my friend. We'll be in touch!
