This is such a newbie question that I am embarrassed to even go there - but what the hell ....

What sort of bodyfat percentage are you at 10 days prior to a contest ?I know that I start feeling really shitty when I drop below 6.5%, and struggle to break 6% without major poo poo.

No, not under 5%. What I say is that 9 out of 10 guys who give their bodyfat percentages are WAAAAAY lower than their actual percentage. I stand by my opinion that it is very rare that anyone competes below 4% and that even 4% can't be maintained very long at all by most people.

Due to the fact that you responded to my post, I will say this: You are NOT under 4%. I would not have made this statement had you not responded. I am not looking to piss off the regular bros. I don't mind pissing off the newbies, however.

You wont piss me off skip....ok let me rephrase my statement or retract my prior one lol I like pinching 4's or less ont he calipers 10 days out! Is that a better way to put it Skip...b/c honestly I have no clue what b/f I was Ijust guestimated but I do know what I pinch on the calipers.....so hopefully that answers someone's question lol Hey skip I am shooting for you off season wt now lol....I am only up 38 lbs or so in a week !!

Do you think it's safe to say that at 10 days out, they are pretty much right at where they'll be come contest time? I was able to loose about 1/2 a % from 10 days out till 3 days out, according to my 7 pt tests, but it was pretty close.

Dead serious skip weighed in last fri at 148 3/4 and this friday morning I was 185 and some change!
