stuck at 214

I been dieting for about 9 weeks. I have been making changes and dropping weight every week. I have not changed my diet since i started. I do my food on a weekly avg. For example:
I eat an avg of 200 carbs per day or 1400 a wk. I go low some days and high on other but always avg 200. My protien is between 425 and 450 every day. I have not lost any weight in the last 2 weeks. I know i have to do something to shock my body. I have increased my cardio to 45 min a day. I have always done alot of cardio in the past as much as 60 min in the morn and 45 at night. i do not want to do that again. Any suggestions as to what i can do to shock my system back into losing fat will be greatly appreciated.
 
Well from what I see you are way over 2k cals. and that is just from carbs and protein....drop your cals to 1800 for a week and do cardio on an empty stomach first thing in the am if you arent already...but other than your cals look too high all looks good I would drop the protein to 350g and the carbs to 125g......just my 2 cent
